Which phone is better for network, display and everyday use?
5G and chipset
The P3x has the clear specification advantage if you need 5G: realme lists a Dimensity 6400 5G chipset, while the A20s launched with a Snapdragon 450 and is a 4G-era device. The newer chip and network support make the P3x the more up-to-date platform on paper, but these facts alone do not establish a particular speed advantage in apps or games.

The A20s has a 6.5-inch HD+ Infinity-V display. realme advertises a 120Hz FHD+ display for the P3x, giving it higher stated resolution and refresh rate. The available specifications do not establish that it is brighter or more color-accurate.

Comparison listings report Android 9 at launch for the A20s and Android 15 for the P3x. Those launch-version reports do not confirm either phone’s current installed build or how long security updates remain available. Check the exact device and region before buying if software support is important; the available sources do not establish a remaining update period.
How do the cameras compare?
Samsung specified a 13MP main camera, 8MP ultra-wide camera and 5MP depth camera on the A20s, plus an 8MP front camera. realme advertises a 50MP camera for the P3x. The A20s offers more explicitly identified rear-camera roles, while the P3x lists a higher main-camera megapixel count. Neither camera count nor megapixels alone establish photo quality, so the specifications cannot settle which phone takes better pictures.

Which has better battery capacity and charging?
The P3x has the larger stated battery and faster charging: realme gives 6,000mAh as the typical capacity and 5,860mAh as the rated capacity, alongside 45W fast charging. Samsung listed a 4,000mAh battery and 15W fast charging for the A20s. These are capacity and charging specifications, not measured screen time or a guarantee of how long a charge lasts in a particular person’s use.
What is the price difference?
A single current price difference cannot be established from the available listing: the comparison result showed the P3x at ₹12,999 and the A20s as unavailable. Samsung’s ₹11,999 and ₹13,999 figures were the A20s’s original India launch prices for 3GB/32GB and 4GB/64GB variants, not current offers. Check current local listings, seller and exact RAM/storage variant before comparing prices. Should you choose the realme P3x or Samsung Galaxy A20s?
- Choose the P3x on specifications if you want 5G, a higher-resolution 120Hz screen, a newer chipset, more stated battery capacity or faster charging.
- Consider the A20s only in context if you already own one or are evaluating a specific used listing; its 2019 launch specifications do not make it a direct new-phone alternative to the P3x.
- Compare the actual listing, not the launch price if buying either phone: confirm availability, condition, storage variant and local price.
The P3x also advertises IP69 resistance, military-grade shock resistance and battery-health claims. Treat those as manufacturer claims rather than independent test results; the available evidence does not establish comparative durability for these two phones.
