Which phone has the better battery and charging specifications?
Motorola lists a 7,000mAh battery and 68W charging for the India Edge 70 Fusion; Samsung specifies a 5,000mAh battery and 25W charging support for the India A17 5G. These figures make the Fusion the stronger choice on published capacity and charging-rate specifications. They do not prove how long either phone lasts or how quickly it charges in everyday use, which can depend on usage, settings and charger.
Samsung says the A17 package includes the phone, cable and ejection pin, but not a travel adapter. Its announcement says 25W charging is supported. Does either phone offer more storage flexibility?
The Galaxy A17 5G supports microSD cards up to 2TB, according to Samsung’s India launch announcement. That gives it an expansion route beyond the phone’s internal 128GB or 256GB storage configurations. Motorola’s India page lists 128GB and 256GB storage options; the cited page does not state microSD expansion. If removable storage is a deciding factor, Samsung’s stated support is the clear advantage.

- Choose the India-listed Edge 70 Fusion if a larger stated battery, higher charging rate or refresh rate up to 144Hz is your priority—and confirm that the version sold locally has the India configuration.
