The Moto G37 Power 5G has the stronger paper case for battery capacity, screen refresh rate and 128 GB storage options. The Samsung Galaxy A06 5G is lighter, has a stated IP54 rating, and comes with a clearer software-support promise from its maker. Neither is the automatic pick: choose by the features you value, and compare the same memory configuration at checkout because India prices vary by retailer and offer.

Where the Moto G37 Power 5G has the edge
Higher stated refresh rate and larger battery
The Moto’s listed 120 Hz refresh rate is higher than the Galaxy A06 5G’s 90 Hz, which may appeal if smoother screen motion matters to you. Both are HD+ panels, so neither specification describes a high-resolution display. The comparison pages list 7,000 mAh for the Moto and Samsung lists 5,000 mAh typical capacity for the A06 5G. Those are capacity figures, not battery-life test results: actual endurance depends on settings, signal strength and use.

More 128 GB configurations
Motorola lists both 4 GB RAM/128 GB storage and 8 GB RAM/128 GB storage versions, alongside a 4/64 GB option. The Samsung product page reviewed here is for 4/128 GB, while comparison results also show a 64 GB option. Check the exact RAM and storage in the selected listing; a model name alone does not establish that two prices refer to equivalent variants.

Where the Galaxy A06 5G is the stronger fit
Documented protection and lower listed weight
Samsung rates the A06 5G IP54. Samsung says it is not advised for beach or pool use and that water and dust resistance can diminish with wear. This is a limited protection rating, not permission to submerge the phone. At 191 g and 8.0 mm in Samsung’s specifications, it is also lighter and thinner than the Moto’s 215 g and 8.89 mm listed by Smartprix.
A clearer stated update commitment
Samsung promises up to four generations of OS upgrades and four years of security updates for the A06 5G, subject to changes and market/model availability. The Moto figures in the comparison are from 91mobiles rather than an exposed Motorola specification table, so ask Motorola or check its current product support information before treating the reported one-year OS and three-year security figures as definitive.

Knox Vault
Samsung also identifies Knox Vault as a feature of the Galaxy A06 5G. It may matter if a hardware-backed security feature is part of your buying criteria; it does not by itself establish that the phone is more secure in every use case.

Charging
Samsung lists 25 W charging and says, “The Wall Charger for Super Fast Charging (25 W) is sold separately.” The Moto’s 30 W Turbo charging figure comes from 91mobiles, not the detailed Motorola table retrieved for this comparison. Wattage alone does not establish charging time, and the available information does not establish identical box contents for the two phones.

Cameras
The listed rear-camera hardware is 50 MP main plus 2 MP depth on Samsung, and a 50 MP main camera on the 91mobiles Moto comparison. Megapixel counts and camera listings do not establish which phone takes better photos; no side-by-side camera test is available here.
Which phone should you buy?
- Choose the Moto G37 Power 5G if its listed 7,000 mAh battery, 120 Hz screen or 128 GB storage configurations are your priorities, and you are comfortable verifying its current support policy and the exact variant price. Its endurance and performance have not been established by comparative testing.
- Choose the Galaxy A06 5G if IP54 protection, a lower listed weight, Knox Vault or Samsung’s stated update commitment matter more to you.
- Compare at checkout if price is decisive: match RAM and storage, confirm seller and stock, and compare the final payable amount rather than an MRP or an old listing snapshot.
For both phones, processor names and maximum clock speeds are specifications rather than proof of a real-world speed advantage. Samsung India lists the A06 5G comparison entry as February 19, 2025. The Moto launch-date information is inconsistent across secondary listings, so an exact date is not established here. 91mobiles gives differing dates in separate sections, while Smartprix reports May 19, 2026.
