That is a reported price snapshot, not a confirmed live offer, so check the current price, stock, seller and exact model before buying. It is a promising cheaper alternative to Samsung The Frame if you want a large matte art-style TV, but it is not a universal pick: review findings flag picture-accuracy and motion trade-offs.
Best reported Samsung Frame alternative deal: Hisense 75-inch S7 Canvas
Tom’s Guide reported the Hisense 75-inch S7 Canvas 4K QLED TV at $1,597 at Amazon, compared with a stated former price of $2,499. Because TV prices and availability change, treat those figures as a dated deal report rather than a price you can assume is still available.

The same report describes a matte display, Art Gallery mode and replaceable teak-style frame. Hisense’s July 18, 2024 announcement positions CanvasTV as a television designed to display art; its separate product material describes Google TV and connectivity features. Those manufacturer materials establish the product’s purpose and feature context, not a current price or a complete 2026 model lineup.

RTINGS names CanvasTV 2026 its best budget frame TV in its guide, while noting picture-accuracy and motion-handling trade-offs. That makes it a stronger fit for buyers prioritizing a large art-display look and a reported lower price than for viewers whose main priority is the most accurate picture or fast-moving content. These are review findings, not results from hands-on testing for this article.

What to check before buying an art TV deal
- Verify the offer: Check the live price, availability, seller and exact model number. A reported discount is not proof that the same offer remains active.
- Match screen sizes: A lower price for a 65-inch TV does not automatically beat a 75-inch offer. Compare the size you actually need.
- Assess ordinary TV performance: Art presentation and matte-screen appearance are only part of the decision. If you watch sports, action films or other fast-moving content, weigh RTINGS’ motion and accuracy comments on CanvasTV and Ember Artline.
- Check what creates the finished frame look: Confirm which frame or bezel is included, whether it is replaceable or magnetic, and what an optional finish costs. The cited Hisense deal report describes a replaceable teak-style frame; What Hi-Fi reports LG’s white bezel is included and lightwood is separate.
- Confirm mounting needs: Check the exact model’s included mounting hardware and wall-mount compatibility before adding accessories or comparing total installation cost. The cited deal and lineup reports do not establish a universal set of included mounting parts.
