TD Bank says the program ended for purchases and recurring subscriptions on December 31, 2024. To link, match the email addresses, sign in with the Samsung Account used for the financing application, and verify your identity through Samsung’s official linking page.
What linking does—and what it does not do
Samsung’s help center describes a process for connecting an existing Samsung Financing account issued by TD Bank to a Samsung Account. The link is for account association; it does not reactivate financing for new purchases.

TD Bank says December 31, 2024, was the last day the account could be used for purchases or recurring subscription programs such as Samsung Care+. The account can still be managed through TD Bank for matters such as statements and payments. See TD Bank’s Samsung account information.
How to link an existing Samsung Financing account
- Match the email addresses. The email on your TD Bank financing account should match the email on the Samsung Account you intend to use. If they differ, update the financing account email before continuing.
- Sign out of your Samsung Account.
- Open Samsung’s Link Your Account page and select GET STARTED.
- Sign in with the Samsung Account used to apply for financing. If Samsung says that account was not used for the application, try the original Samsung Account. If you need the financing account associated with a different Samsung Account email, request help from Samsung.
- Complete identity verification. Enter the billing ZIP code, birthdate, and last four digits of the Social Security number associated with the TD Bank account, then select VERIFY.
- Check the result. Samsung says a success screen indicates the link is complete. If verification fails, re-enter the information once. If it fails again, contact TD Bank. If the page says the application needs completion, call TD Bank first, then return to the linking page and select Link Your Account.
Enter sensitive details only in Samsung’s official linking flow. Do not send your Social Security digits or birthdate in comments, email, or an unofficial troubleshooting site.

Fix common linking problems
The email addresses do not match
Update the email address on the TD Bank financing account so it matches the Samsung Account email, then restart the linking process.
Samsung says you used the wrong account
Sign in with the Samsung Account originally used to apply for financing. If you want to use a different Samsung Account, contact Samsung to request that the financing account be linked to the current email.

The account is linked to an older Samsung Account
Samsung directs customers to contact its support team for help moving an existing link to another account.

Check the billing ZIP code, birthdate, and last four Social Security digits against the information associated with the TD Bank account, then try once more. If verification still fails, contact TD Bank.

The application is incomplete
Call TD Bank to complete the application. Afterward, return to Samsung’s linking page and select Link Your Account.

For statements, payments, alerts, paperless statements, or recurring payments, use TD Bank’s online Samsung account management page. Samsung also identifies TD Bank as the servicer for these financing accounts. Linking through Samsung does not replace TD Bank’s account-management portal.

Samsung publishes the linking steps, but neither its instructions nor TD Bank’s account page guarantees that the online flow will complete for every legacy account. If the process does not work after the relevant checks above, contact the institution responsible for that issue: Samsung for account association, and TD Bank for financing-account verification, application completion, or servicing.
