The official category release says bank cashback and discounts across categories can reach 22.5%. Its category maxima differ from the separate Rs 20,000 headline, demonstrating why the exact product page matters: a Rs 20,000 maximum is not a universal cashback amount, and some category or model combinations have lower published ceilings.

Triple Zero Offer
Samsung describes a Triple Zero arrangement with zero down payment, zero processing fee and zero-interest EMIs for six- to 10-month tenures. The named financing partners are IDFC FIRST Bank, HDB Financial Services and TVS Credit. Approval, eligible products, tenure and documentation remain subject to the lender’s rules.

Samsung Finance+ and low EMIs
Samsung reports instalments starting at Rs 888 and availability through Samsung Finance+. The Rs 888 figure is a starting EMI, not a representative payment for every appliance; the appliance price, tenure, down payment, credit decision and selected lender determine the amount.

The Diwali announcement says buyers can receive up to three additional years of warranty at no extra cost with Samsung Care+ when they purchase a one-year warranty, subject to applicable terms. Care+ availability and the extension offered can vary by model and channel.

Separate Samsung Week specifications list a 10-year compressor warranty for named refrigerators, a 10-year motor warranty for washing machines, a five-year comprehensive warranty for the listed air conditioners and a five-year enamel-cavity warranty on select convection microwaves. These component or category warranties should not be assumed to replace the appliance’s full standard warranty; check what parts, labour and registration requirements each certificate covers.

- Check that the listing identifies the appliance as part of the current Diwali or Samsung Week promotion and records the offer’s end date.
- Review the model-specific cashback, cart discount, bundle discount and bank-card conditions. The maximum headline amount may not apply.
- Compare the cash price with the EMI total, including tenure and any lender conditions. Confirm whether “zero interest” is available for the chosen bank and period.
- Check delivery, installation, old-appliance exchange, return rules and service coverage for your pin code.

It advertised benefits worth up to Rs 21,000 by combining a GST reduction, free installation, bank cashback and an additional five-month warranty. That was a separate 2025 campaign and does not establish the terms of the current 2026 offer.
Bottom line for shoppers
The 2026 Samsung promotion can materially reduce the cost of a qualifying Bespoke AI appliance, but “up to Rs 20,000” is a maximum headline figure rather than a guaranteed payment. Confirm the exact model’s cashback, category ceiling, bank eligibility, EMI tenure, warranty coverage and channel terms before ordering, and complete the purchase by November 15, 2026 if the advertised offer remains available.
