The 2026 UK Samsung HEA AI Cashback promotion is closed. It ran from 17 June 2026 at 00:01 BST to 19 July 2026 at 23:59 BST. Because claims had to be filed 30 to 60 days after purchase, the final possible claim deadline was 16 September 2026 at 23:59 BST for a purchase made on 19 July. This guide explains which exact products qualified, what evidence was required, how Amazon seller status affected eligibility, and why a Bespoke or AI label alone never guaranteed cashback.
What the Samsung Bespoke AI cashback promotion was
Samsung’s promotion offered fixed cashback amounts on a specified list of televisions, monitors and appliances bought in the United Kingdom, Isle of Man or Channel Islands. It was not a blanket discount on every product marketed as Bespoke or AI. Eligibility depended on the complete product SKU printed in Samsung’s official promotion table, the retailer and seller, the purchase date, and compliance with the claim rules.

The promotion accepted claims only during a rolling window: no earlier than 30 days after the purchase date and no later than 60 days after it. That timing is why a product bought near the end of the sales period could have a claim deadline after 19 July, while a product bought earlier had an earlier deadline. All deadlines were measured in BST and claims submitted after the applicable closing date were ineligible.

As of 16 October 2026, the promotion and every associated claim window had ended. A person who bought an eligible model during the sales period but did not submit a compliant claim by the relevant date cannot create a new claim under these terms. Existing submissions were still subject to Samsung’s validation process, including requests for missing information.

Which Samsung models qualified?
The official table, rather than the product family name, controlled eligibility. “Bespoke,” “AI,” a particular screen size, or a similar appearance was not enough. Two products that look almost identical can have different SKUs and only one may appear in the promotion table. Check every character, including suffixes such as EU or U4, against the listed model number on the invoice and the product label.

Additional RS90 variants appeared in the official terms. The examples above are not a substitute for checking the complete SKU list; an unlisted variant did not become eligible merely because it shared the RS90 name.

The promotion also covered selected televisions and monitors. Their qualifying model numbers and rewards were set out in the same official table. If your television, monitor or appliance SKU is absent from that table, the promotion terms provide no basis for a cashback payment.

Who could claim?
Individuals and companies
An individual claimant had to be a lawful resident of the UK, Isle of Man or Channel Islands and at least 18 years old. Companies registered in those territories could also participate. Employees and professional parties involved in operating the promotion were excluded.

End users only
The offer was intended for an end user. Retailers, distributors, resellers and anyone buying products for resale were excluded. Buying a qualifying SKU for a business does not automatically disqualify the purchase, but the claimant must fall within the permitted company or end-user rules rather than be trading the product onward.
Which retailers and Amazon orders counted?
The product had to be purchased from a participating retailer. Amazon orders required an additional check of the seller and dispatch information, not merely the fact that the order page was on Amazon.co.uk.

Samsung’s terms state: “Purchases from Amazon.co.uk must be sold and dispatched by Amazon UK directly, not Amazon EU or other non-UK branches.” Retain the order confirmation and invoice showing the seller and dispatch entity. A Marketplace listing that uses the same Samsung model number does not satisfy this condition.

A successful claim needed more than a receipt. The claimant had to log in to, or register for, a Samsung Account and complete the claim form with:

- Full name and contact details.
- Email address and postal address.
- GBP bank-account details for payment.
- Proof of purchase showing the qualifying product and transaction.
- An image of the serial number taken from the product itself.
The serial-number photograph could not be taken from the box. Samsung’s terms specifically required an image “from the product itself (rather than the packaging) of the Promotion Product.” Photograph the installed appliance’s rating plate, data label or other permanent product marking where the serial number is printed. Make sure the characters are sharp and all suffixes are visible; an unreadable image can lead to a request for correction.
Free products and giveaway units did not qualify. Keep the original invoice, order confirmation, delivery evidence and product-label photograph until the claim has been validated and paid.
How to submit a claim
- Confirm the dates. Verify that the purchase fell between 17 June and 19 July 2026 and calculate the 30-to-60-day claim window for that transaction.
- Match the SKU. Compare the complete model number on the invoice and product label with the official promotion table. Do not rely on “Bespoke” or “AI” in the marketing name.
- Check the seller. For Amazon, confirm that Amazon UK itself sold and dispatched the item. Exclude Marketplace, Amazon EU and other non-UK branches.
- Prepare evidence. Scan or photograph the proof of purchase and take a separate, legible image of the serial number on the product, not its packaging.
- Use a Samsung Account. Sign in or register, then complete the promotion form with your identity, address, email and GBP bank details.
- Submit within the window. File the claim between day 30 and day 60 after purchase and save the immediate receipt email.
- Respond to validation requests. Samsung sent an eligibility-validation email within seven days. If it identified an error or missing information, the participant had seven days to supply the correction.
What if delivery was late or the serial number was unavailable?
If late delivery meant you could not access the product serial number in time, contact Samsung customer service and request an extension link. This was a request process, not an automatic extension: explain the delivery problem and retain the correspondence. Submitting after the normal close date without an approved extension did not make a claim eligible.

How and when was cashback paid?
After Samsung validated the claim, the reward was paid by bank transfer to a valid GBP account within 30 days of validation. The 30-day payment period began after validation, not necessarily on the day the form was submitted. An invalid account number, non-GBP account or unresolved evidence problem could delay or prevent payment.

Limits, returns and anti-stacking exclusions

The address and company caps applied across claims, so splitting several qualifying purchases among household members did not create unlimited rewards. The one-reward-per-product rule also prevented claiming the same promotion product repeatedly. If an order was cancelled or returned, the cashback condition disappeared even if a claim had already been submitted.
A practical eligibility check
For a past purchase, work through these questions in order:
- Was the purchase made no later than 19 July 2026 at 23:59 BST?
- Does the complete SKU appear in the official promotion table, with the same suffix as the product and invoice?
- Was the seller a participating retailer, and, for Amazon, was it sold and dispatched by Amazon UK directly?
- Are you an eligible adult resident or qualifying registered company, rather than a reseller?
- Do you have proof of purchase, a product serial-number image, a Samsung Account and valid GBP bank details?
- Was the claim submitted between day 30 and day 60, without exceeding the address or company limit?
- Was the product retained, rather than returned or cancelled, and was no conflicting free-soundbar promotion selected for a Samsung.com TV?
A “no” answer identifies the likely reason for rejection. A “yes” answer to every item describes the conditions that a compliant claim needed to meet; it does not reopen the closed promotion or extend its deadlines.
