Samsung Australia’s October Secret Sale ran from 11am AEDT on October 6 to 11am AEDT on October 8, 2026, and has ended. The available announcement confirms the dates and checkout code SECRETOCT, but does not confirm the advertised “up to 35% off” claim or whether the Galaxy S26, Watch8, Tab S10 and Buds4 Pro were eligible.
What Samsung confirmed about the October sale
Samsung Members Australia described the promotion as a 48-hour Secret Sale and instructed shoppers to enter code SECRETOCT at checkout. Its announcement establishes the offer window, but does not provide an eligible-product list, model-level prices, discount amounts or stock information. Samsung Members Australia’s announcement

That means the announcement is not enough to verify which devices received a discount, or whether any specific configuration was included. The “up to 35% off” figure and the named device list should not be treated as confirmed sale terms.
What is known about the devices named
Samsung Australia’s newsroom confirms that the Galaxy S26 and Buds4 product families are available in Australia. That establishes the product families’ existence, not participation in this expired promotion; the cited announcement also does not establish the Buds4 Pro variant’s eligibility. The available sale announcement does not verify the Watch8 or Tab S10 as eligible October Secret Sale products. Samsung’s separate deals page mentions a Tab S10 FE offer, but that is not evidence that a Tab S10 model was included in the October Secret Sale.
Samsung’s other deals are separate promotions
Samsung Australia’s deals page lists separate offers, including a Galaxy Tab S10 FE trade-in offer ending October 21, 2026, and a 30% offer on eligible power accessories purchased with a Galaxy device. These promotions have their own dates and conditions; neither extends or replaces the October 6–8 Secret Sale. Check the current Samsung Australia deals page for live terms, eligibility and prices.

What to check before buying
If comparing a Samsung device with a current retailer listing or later promotion, verify the exact model and configuration rather than relying on a headline discount. In particular, check:
Free tools Windows power users keep installed
One-click scans. No signup required.
- The full model, including size, connectivity and storage.
- The total checkout price after any discount, not just the advertised percentage.
- Whether trade-in, account or other eligibility conditions apply.
- Current stock and colour availability, and the seller shown at checkout.
Those details are not established for the October Secret Sale by the available announcement. An offer on another retailer’s listing should be assessed under that retailer’s own current price and terms, not presented as a continuation of Samsung’s expired code.
