A Sunday panel on October 18, 2026 covers the design question behind the display: how a television can belong in a room rather than interrupt it. Design professionals attending the market, which runs October 17–21, 2026, are offered a 25% trade discount on The Frame and The Frame Pro and a 90-day Art Store trial. Samsung describes the codes as limited in quantity, so the terms should be confirmed before you plan around them.
What is on show at the Eichholtz showroom
The installation is a showroom activation, not a product launch aimed at consumers. Samsung’s US Newsroom announcement dated October 8, 2026 describes Eichholtz’s display as The Frame Pro used as a deliberate part of the interior, alongside Eichholtz furniture and décor. The television is the centrepiece of a room setting, and the art on it is what changes from one arrangement to the next.

The announcement names three works from The Met shown in the showroom:
- “Tales of Fall”, which Samsung describes as a new selection from The Met.
- “Autumn Landscape with a Colliery” by George Price Boyce, courtesy of The Met and displayed through Samsung Art Store.
- “The Funeral” by Édouard Manet, courtesy of The Met and displayed through Samsung Art Store.
Samsung does not state how many works will rotate through the showroom during the market, so treat the three titles as the confirmed selection rather than the full display.

The Sunday panel
The panel is titled “Beyond the Black Box: The New Role of Art, Design & TVs in the Home.” The details below come from Samsung’s announcement and High Point Market’s official events listing.
- Date and time: Sunday, October 18, 2026, 11 a.m.
- Venue: Eichholtz, 129 S. Hamilton St., as listed by High Point Market.
- Speakers named in the listing: Corey Damen Jenkins, Leanne Graeff and Daria Britt Greene. The listing does not state Jenkins’s role.
- Moderator: Cindy Hodnett.
- Role descriptions from Samsung: Graeff is General Manager of Product Design for The Met Store and Licensing. Greene is Global Head of Content and Curation for Samsung Art Store.
The panel is the place to ask the design questions the showroom raises, such as how a screen’s frame, placement and content choices affect the look of a room. It is also the only part of the event that Samsung and the market organiser describe as a discussion rather than a display.
The trade offer and what it covers
Samsung’s announcement frames the offer as exclusive to design professionals attending High Point Market. The terms, as Samsung states them on October 8, 2026, are:

- A 90-day Samsung Art Store trial.
- Codes available at the Eichholtz showroom and at the panel.
- Quantities described by Samsung as limited.
- Availability for attending professionals during the market dates, October 17–21, 2026.
The announcement does not give the undiscounted price of either television, the discount’s exclusions, or what happens to the trial at its end. Those are the questions to put to Samsung or your trade contact before you commit to a purchase timeline.
Three separate items: the television, the subscription and the bezel
Coverage of this event tends to blur the television, the art service and the frame. Samsung treats them as separate items, and so should buyers.
| Item | What it is | Cost or terms stated by Samsung | Required or optional |
|---|---|---|---|
| The Frame or The Frame Pro | The television, used in the showroom as a display object | 25% trade discount for attending professionals, October 17–21, 2026. Undiscounted price not stated in the announcement. | Hardware you buy |
| Samsung Art Store | Digital art subscription with more than 5,000 artworks in 4K | US: $4.99 per month plus taxes and fees, as stated in the October 8, 2026 announcement. Trial of 90 days for attending professionals. | Required to access the service; needs a Samsung Account and Wi-Fi |
| Deco TV Frames bezel | Customisable frame for the television, named in the showroom installation | Sold separately. Price not stated in the announcement. | Optional styling accessory |
The sources reviewed do not state that the television includes the subscription or the bezel, and Samsung describes the bezels as sold separately. Assume each is a separate purchase unless the retailer or Samsung says otherwise.

Which televisions support Art Store
Samsung says Art Store works only on select Samsung TVs, so model compatibility is the first check. Its June 15, 2026 global newsroom article lists the 2026 Art TV lineup as The Frame, The Frame Pro, Micro RGB, Neo QLED and OLED. For OLED, that article limits support to the S95H and S99H in a footnote.

The US announcement also warns that art availability varies. A television that supports the service does not guarantee every title is available in every region or on every model, so check the specific artwork you want before buying.
Samsung’s US announcement and its global article do not establish compatibility outside the regions they cover. If you are buying outside the US, check the local Samsung site for Art Store availability and pricing.

What the catalogue numbers mean
Samsung’s US announcement says Art Store contains more than 5,000 artworks from over 800 artists. Its June 15, 2026 global announcement gives a broader count: more than 5,000 artworks in 4K, over 800 artists and more than 80 partners. These are Samsung’s own figures for its platform, not an independently audited count, and they describe the catalogue as a whole rather than the selection in any one room.
Samsung also cites a market-leadership claim, that it has been the global TV market leader for 20 consecutive years. The claim is attributed to Omdia’s February 2025 report, as relayed in Samsung’s June 15, 2026 release. It has not been checked against the underlying Omdia report here, so treat it as Samsung’s citation of Omdia rather than an independently verified finding.
What the partners said
These statements come from Samsung’s October 8, 2026 announcement. They explain the participants’ stated reasons for the collaboration. They are not independent assessments.

Edwin van der Gun, Chief Creative Officer of Eichholtz: “Our collaboration with The Met has always been about finding new ways to bring the stories of art and history into contemporary interiors. Working with Samsung adds another dimension to that mission, and I’m excited to see these incredible digital artworks living alongside our latest introductions at High Point Market this fall.”
Josh Romm, Head of Global Licensing and Partnerships at The Metropolitan Museum of Art: “There’s something special about seeing a piece from The Met collection presented in an unexpected locale such as this one. Collaborating with Samsung Frame TV and Eichholtz allows new opportunities to experience reminders of art, design, and culture outside of the Museum.”
Roger Evoy, Director of Product Marketing and Partnerships, North America and Europe at Samsung Electronics: “The best technology in a home is the kind you don’t have to think about, it just fits. With thousands of pieces in the Samsung Art Store, The Frame adapts to the designer’s aesthetic, the client’s style, and even the season or mood. This collaboration with The Met and Eichholtz is a great showcase of the idea that while the art changes, the design is always intentional.”
