RYOBI lists four included categories for the kit:

- A battery
The listing does not identify the individual component model numbers or state the battery capacity, light output, power-source output or runtime. The included fan should not be assumed to be one of RYOBI’s separately listed 4-inch clamp fan products; the available product information does not identify it as either model PCF02B or PCF02KN. When will it be available, and how much will it cost?
As of October 7, 2026, RYOBI’s U.S. product page and Storm Prep collection list the PCL1310K as “Coming Soon.” Neither reviewed page states a firm release date or price, so the listing does not confirm when it will go on sale or what it will cost. What the 18V ONE+ label tells you—and what it doesn’t
RYOBI identifies PCL1310K as part of its 18V ONE+ system and says ONE+ products work with any RYOBI ONE+ 18V battery. That is a platform compatibility statement, not a promise about how long the kit’s light or power source will run. The listing does not provide enough detail to estimate runtime or compare performance with other products.

Is this the same as RYOBI’s older Storm Kit?
No. PCL1310K is the new Storm Preparation Kit; PCL1307K1 is a separate, older Storm Kit. RYOBI Canada’s listing for PCL1307K1 names an LED area light, a 150-watt power source, a compact Bluetooth radio/speaker, a 2Ah battery and a charger. Because the kits are different models, do not use PCL1307K1’s radio, charger, battery capacity or power rating to infer what comes with or how PCL1310K performs.

What is still unknown about PCL1310K?
The reviewed official listings establish the model number, broad included-item categories, 18V ONE+ platform and “Coming Soon” status.
