Rockstar’s Grand Theft Auto VI: The Goodtime State – Vice City Collection costs $399.99 and is a merchandise box, not a game bundle. It lists 11 items, including a Macca the Gator figure and Oakley Frogskins sunglasses. Rockstar says the game is sold separately.
What is in the $399.99 collection?
Rockstar’s store listing names 11 pieces inspired by Leonida’s fictional TV show, Macca the Gator:

No. Rockstar explicitly states: “Grand Theft Auto VI game sold separately.” The $399.99 price is for the merchandise collection alone, so buyers who want to play the game must purchase it separately. Rockstar Games Store listing

How does the collection price compare with the game?
Take-Two listed Grand Theft Auto VI at $79.99 in its June 24, 2026 announcement. That is a separate product and price, not a game included with the collection. The publisher’s figures are:
| Product | Listed price | What the price covers |
|---|---|---|
| Goodtime State – Vice City Collection | $399.99 | 11 listed merchandise items; game sold separately, per Rockstar’s store listing. |
| Grand Theft Auto VI | $79.99 | Game price listed by Take-Two in its June 24, 2026 announcement; the physical version is described as containing a download code inside the box. |

The $399.99 price is for a themed collection of 11 items, not a discounted way to buy the game. Whether it suits you depends on how much you want the Macca figure, the branded Frogskins, and the other merchandise together. The official descriptions do not establish independent value, resale value, comfort, or build quality, and they do not confirm that the exact branded items are sold separately.
