An in-game Scooter, not a physical product
The Scooter is a playable in-game toy developed with professional athletes Timon Pharabod and Jonathan Perroni. Ubisoft names Ethic and Envy as scooter brands represented in the game and also mentions its Full Send model. These are details about game content; the announcement does not say that a physical scooter is bundled with or sold through the game.

Events and leaderboard reward
Ubisoft describes a developer-made UGE and says players who buy the Scooter can access 11 familiar events. Players placing among the top 10 on the UGE leaderboard can earn a Golden Scooter. The announcement does not provide further leaderboard rules or event dates in the information summarized here.
