They are useful for understanding the stated models, but they do not prove that every country’s version has identical specifications. Motorola specifically cautions that certain specifications may vary by market; Xiaomi says network bands and connectivity can depend on region and operator support.

Battery and charging: the strongest documented difference
On the stated figures, Motorola lists a larger battery: 7,000 mAh battery size and 6,790 mAh rated capacity, compared with Xiaomi’s 6,000 mAh typical capacity. Typical and rated capacities are different labels, so they should not be treated as identical measurement types. Capacity figures alone also do not establish how long either phone lasts in everyday use; screen, signal, software and workload all affect runtime.

Xiaomi lists 33W fast charging, three watts higher than Motorola’s listed 30W wired charging. That small difference in charging wattage does not by itself establish which phone charges faster from empty to full; the cited specifications do not provide comparable charging-time tests.
Price difference: check the exact Indian listing rather than cached comparisons
Motorola India’s family store displayed the moto g37 power at ₹19,999 against an MRP of ₹26,499 when accessed in 2026. The same listing offered 4GB/64GB, 4GB/128GB and 8GB/128GB configurations. These are volatile listing prices, not guaranteed current offers.

Before buying, record the same-day selling price for each exact RAM/storage variant, along with seller, country and stock status. Do not compare a discounted price for one configuration with another phone’s MRP or a different memory tier.

Which phone makes more sense for you?
Choose based on battery capacity and charging needs
If the listed battery capacity is your main comparison point, Motorola’s US support specification is higher, while Xiaomi’s UAE specification lists slightly faster wired charging. Neither figure is a substitute for comparable independent battery-life and charging tests.
Match memory and storage before comparing value
Motorola’s India listing has 4GB/64GB, 4GB/128GB and 8GB/128GB options. Motorola’s US support page separately lists 4GB or 8GB RAM and 128GB built-in storage, with microSD expansion up to 1TB. The Xiaomi UAE specifications cited here do not establish its memory or storage configuration. Compare the actual local SKUs; the model names alone are not enough to determine equal value.

Check the screen, chipset, cameras and support on local product pages
Motorola’s US page states a 120Hz HD+ LCD with 1604 × 720 resolution and a MediaTek Dimensity 6400 processor. The Xiaomi UAE page cited here does not provide matching details for those categories. A 91mobiles comparison page reports display, chipset, camera and benchmark details for both phones, but its figures are third-party data and the available excerpts do not establish complete test methods or matching retail variants. They are not a sound basis for claiming one phone is faster or has a better camera.

Verify 5G and the exact SKU before ordering
A “5G” label does not guarantee that a phone will connect to every local carrier’s 5G network. Xiaomi says bands and connectivity can vary by region and operator; Motorola also warns that specifications may differ by market. Check the exact model identifier against your carrier’s supported bands and confirm SIM configuration. Motorola’s US support page lists Sub-6 5G and dual nano-SIM, but that is not proof that an India or other regional SKU has the same configuration.
