The iQOO Z11 Lite 44W 5G may make sense if its current price is meaningfully lower and you are comfortable with its 720p LCD and more modest listed hardware. Which phone has the better display?
The realme P4 has the clear specification advantage for resolution and refresh rate. Its 1080 × 2392 AMOLED panel is listed at up to 144Hz, while the iQOO Z11 Lite has a 720 × 1600 LCD with a 1200-nit HBM figure highlighted in iQOO’s listing. The P4 should offer a sharper image and smoother scrolling on paper; the brightness figure is not a like-for-like measure of overall display quality.
Which is faster for apps and games?
realme lists a Dimensity 7400 Ultra 5G in the P4, compared with the iQOO’s Dimensity 6300 5G. That makes the P4 the stronger chipset choice on the published specifications, though the figures here are not an independent, head-to-head performance test.

realme also claims a 778,000+ AnTuTu score and seven hours of BGMI at stable 144FPS. These are manufacturer claims; the cited product page does not state a year, and they should not be read as independently verified comparison results. See the realme P4 product page.
How do their cameras compare?
Both phones list a 50MP main rear camera, but the P4 adds an 8MP ultrawide. The iQOO’s 0.08MP secondary camera is not an equivalent ultrawide. The P4 also lists a 16MP front camera against the iQOO’s 5MP. This gives the realme more camera flexibility on paper, but resolution specifications alone cannot establish which phone takes better photographs.

Battery, charging and weight
The P4 lists a 7000mAh typical battery and 80W charging; realme says the adapter is included. The iQOO lists a 6500mAh battery and 44W charging. Those ratings favor the P4 for capacity and charging speed, but do not establish actual battery life or how long a full charge takes. The listed weights are approximately 185g for the realme and 209g for the iQOO.

iQOO’s India store showed ₹19,999 for the Z11 Lite 4GB/128GB listing when checked. A current official realme price was not verifiable from the available listing, so there is no dependable price difference to report. Prices can change; check live listings in your market and compare the same RAM and storage configuration rather than treating the iQOO’s 4GB/128GB price as representative of every version.
