Which phone has the better display?
The realme P4 5G lists a 6.77-inch AMOLED display with a refresh rate up to 144Hz. The Moto has a slightly smaller 6.7-inch LCD panel rated at 120Hz. On the stated panel type and refresh rate, realme has the more ambitious display specification. Those numbers do not establish differences in brightness, color accuracy or viewing quality; independent display testing is not available in the cited specifications.
Do the processors or cameras make one the winner?
Processor
The realme uses MediaTek’s Dimensity 7400 Ultra 5G, while Motorola specifies Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 7s Gen 2 (4nm). Chipset names alone are not enough to declare a real-world speed winner: a fair comparison would require comparable device testing.

Rear cameras
Both phones list a 50MP main camera and an 8MP wide-angle camera. Motorola identifies its main sensor as Sony LYTIA 600. Megapixel counts and sensor naming do not establish which produces better images; the cited specifications do not provide comparable photo tests or establish differences in processing and stabilization.
Selfies and video
The Moto lists a 32MP front camera, compared with 16MP on the realme. That is a resolution difference, not proof of better-looking selfies. For video, realme lists rear 4K recording at 30fps. Motorola’s product page says 4K recording is available from all cameras, while its detailed specifications list rear main UHD at 30fps and rear 8MP UHD/FHD at 30fps. Check the modes and limits on the exact phone and software version if front-camera 4K is important.

Battery capacity and charging: same listed size, different wattage
Both manufacturers list a 7,000mAh battery. realme specifies 80W charging and says an adapter is included in its specifications; Motorola lists 30W device-charging capability. The realme has the higher charging-wattage specification, but neither battery endurance nor actual charging time is established by these figures.
Protection and software support
Motorola explicitly lists an IP64-rated design, Gorilla Glass 7i and says the device was tested to MIL-STD-810H. IP64 indicates protection against dust ingress and water splashes under specified test conditions; it does not mean the phone is waterproof or suitable for immersion. realme’s cited specifications give dimensions and weight but no IP rating.

Quick Recap
Which should you choose?
- Choose the realme P4 5G if an AMOLED panel, a listed refresh rate up to 144Hz or 80W charging is your priority, and its current price for the variant you want works for you.
- Consider the moto g67 power 5G if you value its stated IP64 protection, 32MP selfie-camera specification or Motorola’s listed update policy. Confirm it is in stock and compare the price for the same storage tier.
- Do not decide on chipset or camera megapixels alone. The supplied official specifications do not establish a performance or image-quality winner.
