The realme P4s 5G has the stronger listed display, battery capacity and charging speed. The realme P3 5G’s clearest advantage is its IP69 protection rating. Which is the better buy depends on the live price of each equivalent storage version: a current P3 price was not established, so there is no reliable price difference to quote.

Which phone has the better display?
On the listed specifications, the P4s has the more ambitious screen: it combines 1.5K resolution with a refresh rate of up to 144Hz, while the P3 is listed with an AMOLED display up to 120Hz. The higher refresh ceiling can make supported motion look smoother, while the higher resolution provides more pixels; neither spec alone establishes how the panels compare in brightness, color accuracy or outdoor visibility.

Battery and charging: P4s leads on paper
Realme lists an 8000mAh battery and 80W charging for the P4s, versus 6000mAh and 45W for the P3. These are capacity and rated charging figures, not promises of a particular screen-on time or charging duration. Actual battery life and recharge time depend on usage, network conditions, settings, temperature and the charger used.

Performance: chipset names do not settle the comparison
The P3 uses the Snapdragon 6 Gen 4 5G, while the P4s uses the MediaTek Dimensity 7400 Ultra. No independent test under matched conditions was found that establishes which phone is faster in everyday use or gaming. Performance depends on the app or game, software, thermal behavior and test conditions, so choose based on evidence for your own workload rather than the chip names alone.
Realme’s P3 page claims an AnTuTu score of 750,000+ and 8.5 hours of BGMI gameplay. These are manufacturer claims, not independent comparative measurements; gameplay time also depends on realme’s test setup and user behavior. The P4s page describes a 144FPS gameplay effect using dedicated-chip frame interpolation. That is not the same as a game rendering 144 frames per second natively, and realme notes results may vary.

Durability and software support
Realme advertises IP69 protection for the P3, and IP66/IP68/IP69 for the P4s. Those are the ratings stated on the India product pages; do not assume they make the phones equivalent in every exposure or that they remove all risk of liquid damage. Check the exact regional SKU and warranty terms before relying on a protection claim.

On the 91mobiles page accessed on October 4, 2026, Amazon listings for the P4s were reported at the following prices. These are third-party listing figures, not guaranteed or fixed prices; check the retailer for current price, stock and seller.
