On published specifications, neither phone clearly wins. The realme P3 Ultra leads on charging speed (80W) and has the lower displayed price in one retailer comparison captured on October 7, 2026: ₹31,999 against ₹34,999 for the iQOO Z11, a ₹3,000 gap. The iQOO Z11 has the larger stated battery and the higher refresh rate. That gap is a single listing snapshot, not a current offer, and it may not reflect identical memory and storage configurations. Check those before deciding.

Display
Both phones list a 6.83-inch panel, so size alone does not separate them. The practical differences are refresh rate and brightness. The realme P3 Ultra is listed at up to 120Hz; the iQOO Z11 at up to 144Hz. A higher refresh rate can make scrolling smoother, but it does not by itself guarantee better gaming or lower power use.
The brightness figures are not like-for-like. realme gives a 1500-nit peak brightness. iQOO gives 2000 nits for high brightness mode (HBM) and 3000 nits as a local peak for HDR video. These are measured under different named conditions, so the numbers should not be ranked against each other.

Battery and charging
Battery capacity
The iQOO Z11 has the larger stated battery. Its product page says: “The typical battery capacity is 7050 mAh; the rated battery capacity is 6850 mAh.” The realme P3 Ultra lists 6000mAh typical and 5860mAh rated. Capacity is only one input to battery life. Screen size, refresh-rate settings, chipset efficiency, and software all affect runtime, and no matched battery-life test for these two phones was found in the material reviewed.
Charging speed
The realme P3 Ultra has the faster stated charging: 80W SUPERVOOC. The iQOO Z11 is listed at up to 44W FlashCharge, and iQOO says the power is dynamically adjusted. Charging speed on a given day depends on the cable, adapter, battery temperature, and charge level, so treat the rated figures as maximums.
The realme box includes an 80W adapter and a protective case, so buyers who already own a compatible charger do not need to buy one. iQOO states that an official standard charger is included with the Z11.

Cameras
Both phones list a 50MP main camera with OIS and an 8MP ultrawide. The realme uses a Sony IMX896 main sensor; the iQOO uses a Sony IMX882. The front cameras differ more clearly: 16MP on the realme and 32MP on the iQOO.
Sensor names and megapixel counts do not establish photo quality. Lens tuning, processing, and low-light behaviour decide the final image, and no matched side-by-side image test of these two phones was found in the material reviewed. A 32MP selfie camera has more resolution than a 16MP one, but that alone does not make its selfies better.
Rank #2
- Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 chipset: The Realme GT6 is equipped with a powerful Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 processor, designed to easily handle high load scenarios in gaming, providing smooth multitasking performance and excellent energy efficiency. Users can flexibly control device performance between 50% and 100% by adjusting CPU and GPU performance settings to meet different needs.

Performance claims
Benchmark scores
realme’s India product page lists an AnTuTu score of 1,450,000 or more, with no date or test conditions given. iQOO’s page reports 1,202,592 on AnTuTu Benchmark V11, which iQOO describes as its own laboratory result on the 12GB + 256GB edition. iQOO also states that results vary with memory version and environment.
These are two manufacturers’ lab figures, produced under different conditions, on different configurations. They should not be used to rank the phones. Use independent benchmark tests that run both exact models under the same conditions if you need a performance comparison.

Repair Windows errors before they cause bigger problemsFix Now →Fix the driver behind crashes, sound loss and screen glitchesFind Drivers →Launch-era gaming claim
realme’s March 10, 2025 announcement, which set the India launch for March 19, 2025, claimed 90fps BGMI gameplay for three hours. That is a manufacturer launch claim, not an independent test, and it is not available for the iQOO Z11 in the material reviewed.
Software and update support
The realme P3 Ultra ships with realme UI 6.0 on Android 15. The iQOO Z11 runs OriginOS 6. On update support, iQOO’s product page states: “The number of OS upgrades and years of security updates will be confirmed for the Indian market and delivered via system updates.” That sentence is a manufacturer commitment to confirm details later, not a stated support period. Do not assume a fixed number of Android upgrades or years of security patches for the Z11 until iQOO publishes them for India.
Durability and water resistance
Both phones carry IP68 and IP69 ratings. The ratings describe resistance to dust and water under specific test conditions, and neither makes a phone suitable for deliberate underwater use. iQOO’s product page states the limitation directly: “This product is not a professional waterproof phone. The resistance to splashes, water, and dust is not permanent and may be reduced with daily use.” It also says liquid damage is not covered by warranty.

realme’s ratings come from its launch announcement and product page. Check realme’s product page for its own caveats before relying on the rating, because the material reviewed did not reproduce them.

Price difference
The only price comparison in the material reviewed is from 91mobiles, a comparison page captured on October 7, 2026. It is a third-party listing, not an official launch price, and it does not state the memory and storage configuration for either phone.
| Phone | Displayed price | Configuration | Source and date |
|---|---|---|---|
| realme P3 Ultra | ₹31,999 | Not stated in the listing | 91mobiles comparison, captured October 7, 2026 |
| iQOO Z11 | ₹34,999 | Not stated in the listing | Same comparison, captured October 7, 2026 |
Before buying, check these points:
- Confirm both phones are the same RAM and storage configuration. realme sells 8GB or 12GB RAM and 128GB or 256GB storage; a price gap between different variants is not a like-for-like difference.
- Check the current price, stock, and any bank or launch offers directly on the seller’s page, since listing prices change.
- Confirm the seller and India warranty terms on each order, because liquid damage is excluded from iQOO’s warranty and warranty terms can differ by seller.
Which phone fits which priorities
- Choose the realme P3 Ultra if fast charging matters most, if you want a charger included in the box, or if the displayed price gap holds for the variant you want.
- Choose the iQOO Z11 if you want the larger rated battery, the 144Hz display, or the 32MP front camera, and you are willing to pay the displayed premium.
- Wait for more evidence if software support length or real-world battery life is a deciding factor, because neither is established for these exact models in the material reviewed.
What this comparison cannot tell you
No independent, matched head-to-head test of these two phones was found covering sustained gaming, thermal control, battery life, camera quality, or long-term software support. Every performance and battery figure above comes from a manufacturer or from a single listing, and each should be read with the conditions attached. For a verdict on real-world behaviour, look for a review that tests the exact RAM and storage variants you intend to buy under the same conditions.
Product details are from realme’s March 10, 2025 launch announcement and its P3 Ultra product page, and from iQOO’s India product page. Check those pages for current specifications before purchase.
