Which phone has the stronger performance case?
Chipset specifications
realme lists the Dimensity 8350 Ultra, while Samsung lists the Snapdragon 6 Gen 3. Those names alone do not establish which phone is faster in everyday use, sustained gaming, or thermal management; no independent matched test is available here.

realme reports an AnTuTu score of 1,450,000+ as realme Lab data and says results vary with the testing environment and calculation method. Its March 2025 announcement also claims stable 90fps BGMI gameplay for three hours. Treat both as manufacturer claims under particular conditions, not a guarantee of the same result for every user. Samsung notes that its LPDDR5X configuration can achieve performance levels up to LPDDR5 with the listed processor and system configuration.

Display: higher resolution or a flat-screen format?
The P3 Ultra’s advertised 1.5K resolution is higher than the M47’s stated FHD+ resolution. Its quad-curved screen also differs from the Samsung display’s listed specifications. Resolution is only one factor in viewing quality, and the shape is a matter of preference: curved edges may appeal to some buyers, while others may prefer a flat screen for handling or fewer edge reflections. The stated refresh rate is 120Hz on both.
Battery capacity and charging speed
Both manufacturers list a 6000mAh typical-capacity battery, so capacity alone does not establish which handset lasts longer in real use. realme rates charging at 80W; Samsung lists 45W and says the fast charger is sold separately. realme’s product page reports a 1%-to-100% charge in 47 minutes under its lab conditions, with results varying by environment and test setup. Samsung lists up to 28 hours of video playback, but the pages do not provide a directly comparable test method for that figure.

Camera hardware and video recording
On paper, the P3 Ultra combines a 50MP Sony IMX896 main camera with OIS and an 8MP ultra-wide camera, and realme advertises 4K/60fps video. Samsung lists a 50MP, 5MP and 2MP rear-camera setup with OIS and UHD 4K/30fps recording; its page also lists a 12MP front camera. Megapixel counts and recording ceilings do not predict photo quality by themselves. Low-light results, focus, stabilization and processing require hands-on comparison.
Software support and durability
Samsung’s stated update policy
Samsung says the M47 receives six generations of OS upgrades and six years of security updates from its first global launch. Its India page lists July 31, 2032 as the security-update end date and states that update policies are subject to change. The stated policy does not establish an exact final Android version.

realme’s product page describes IP69/IP68/IP66 ratings based on tests under specified standards and includes wear-and-tear and warranty caveats. Samsung advertises Gorilla Glass Victus+ and water and dust resistance.
