realme P3 5G vs realme C100x: key specifications
This is an India-focused comparison. The P3’s detailed specification figures below come from realme’s Global page, so confirm the India retail SKU before relying on its RAM, storage or camera configuration. C100x specifications are from realme India.

Which phone is better for performance and 5G?
The P3 has the clearer advantage on paper. Its Snapdragon 6 Gen 4 is a higher-tier listed chipset than the C100x’s Unisoc T7250, and the P3 is a 5G model. realme India’s C100x specification page lists 5G NR as unsupported and specifies LTE bands instead. Choose the P3 if you need 5G or want the stronger published processor tier.

Which display is better?
The P3’s 6.67-inch AMOLED has substantially higher resolution—1080 × 2400 versus the C100x’s 720 × 1570—and should be the sharper panel on those specifications. The C100x is marginally larger at about 6.8 inches, but it uses an LCD. Both are listed with refresh rates up to 120Hz; that figure alone does not make their display quality equivalent.
Battery capacity and charging
The C100x has the larger stated battery: realme India lists 8000mAh typical and 7780mAh rated. The P3 Global specification sheet lists 6000mAh typical and 5860mAh minimum; confirm the capacity for the India variant you are considering. Both are listed with charging up to 45W, though the C100x page specifies SUPERVOOC and compatible standards.
Capacity is not a measured runtime comparison. realme says of its C100x battery-use demonstrations, “Data comes from realme Lab. Actual results may vary.” Your usage, network conditions, screen settings and other factors affect endurance, so do not treat capacity or the maker’s demonstrations as a guaranteed number of hours.

Camera differences
Both phones list a 50MP main or rear camera. The P3’s Global specification sheet also lists a 2MP bokeh camera and a 16MP front camera; the C100x India sheet lists a 5MP front camera. The higher selfie-camera megapixel count gives the P3 an on-paper resolution advantage, but megapixels alone do not establish which phone takes better photos. Check the exact P3 India configuration if the camera details affect your decision.
Memory, software and durability
The listed configurations are not a like-for-like match: realme India specifies the C100x as 4GB+64GB, while realme’s Global P3 page lists 8GB or 12GB RAM with 256GB storage. Actual P3 India offerings may differ. Compare the exact RAM and storage variant available from the seller, rather than assuming the Global configuration is sold in India.
The C100x India specification page lists Android 16-based realme UI, while the P3 Global sheet lists Android 15-based realme UI 6.0. These are the versions stated on those pages; software versions and rollouts can change. For dust and water resistance, realme advertises IP69 for the P3 on its India product page and IP64 for the C100x. These are manufacturer-published ratings, not a promise that either phone is damage-proof.

India price difference: check the exact listing
A 91mobiles comparison listing crawled on October 3, 2026 showed the realme P3 5G at ₹15,999 on Flipkart and the realme C100x at ₹17,999 on Amazon. At that snapshot, the P3 was ₹2,000 cheaper. These were prices at different retailers, not official fixed prices or a controlled comparison of identical configurations; listings, sellers, offers and availability can change.

For a fair current comparison, check both phones on the same day and verify:
- The exact RAM and storage variant, especially for the P3.
- The seller, warranty and delivery availability for your location.
- Whether the displayed amount depends on a bank offer, exchange or other promotion.
realme’s P3 summer-sale page listed ₹16,999 during an April 9–13, 2025 offer period. That is historical promotional pricing, not a current price. realme notes that prices and availability can vary by market; included items may also differ across markets.
Which one should you buy?
Choose the realme P3 5G if
- You want 5G connectivity.
- You prefer a sharper FHD+ AMOLED display over a larger, lower-resolution LCD.
- You value the P3’s higher-tier listed chipset, gaming/performance features or higher-resolution listed selfie camera.
- You prioritize the higher resistance rating advertised for the P3.
Choose the realme C100x if
- You prioritize the larger stated battery capacity over 5G and display resolution.
- You prefer a slightly larger screen and are comfortable with an HD+ LCD.
- The exact C100x configuration and live price suit your needs better than the P3 options available to you.
