On paper, the GT 7 carries the higher-tier chipset and the faster wired charging, while the Z11 has the larger, curved, higher-refresh display and a slightly higher rated battery capacity. Which one makes more sense depends on what you value most.
The price difference is the one part of this comparison that cannot be stated yet. The iQOO Z11 has a visible India store price for one configuration. The realme GT 7’s official product page does not show a selling price, so there is no verified like-for-like figure to compare against.

Chipset: higher tier on paper, unproven in use
The GT 7 uses the MediaTek Dimensity 9400e, and the Z11 uses the Dimensity 7500 Turbo. The naming and tier point to the GT 7 as the stronger chip, but a chip tier is a starting point, not a measured result. Sustained performance, heat behaviour and gaming frame rates depend on the whole device, including cooling and software tuning.

Both brands publish gaming and smoothness figures from their own testing. realme’s frame-rate claims for the GT 7 and iQOO’s lab results for the Z11 are manufacturer statements. They are useful for understanding what each company is promising, but they are not a head-to-head comparison, and no independent benchmark of either phone was available for this article.
Display: larger and curved, or flatter with a shorter diagonal
The Z11’s 6.83-inch curved AMOLED panel is the bigger screen of the two, with a 1.5K resolution and a 144Hz refresh rate according to iQOO’s product page. The GT 7’s 6.78-inch figure comes from realme’s product page, and the 120Hz figure comes from a secondary comparison listing.
A higher refresh rate makes motion look smoother when content supports it, but it is not a free advantage: higher refresh rates generally draw more power, so the real effect on battery life depends on how the phone manages the display. Curved edges affect how a case and screen protector sit, so check accessory fit against the exact regional model. Brightness and panel quality are not established by specification sheets alone. iQOO’s brightness figures are lab results from its own testing, and no independent screen measurements were reviewed.

Battery and charging: close capacities, different charging claims
realme GT 7
realme lists a 7000mAh typical battery and 120W Ultra Charge. Its product page also states a 0–100% charge time of 40 minutes. That is a manufacturer claim measured under realme’s own test conditions, which are not reproduced here, and it is not an independent test.
iQOO Z11
iQOO’s product page lists a 7050mAh typical battery and up to 44W FlashCharge. Its parameter page gives a rated capacity of 6850mAh, and it warns that charging speed varies with conditions and that 44W is a maximum under specified conditions. Depending on which iQOO figure you use, the Z11 is either 50mAh ahead of the GT 7 or 150mAh behind it.
What the numbers do not tell you
Rated capacity and charging wattage do not establish how long either phone lasts or how quickly it charges in ordinary use. Screen size, refresh-rate settings, signal strength and temperature all change the result. Before relying on a battery claim, look for:

Cameras: more lenses on the GT 7, not proof of better photos
The GT 7 lists three rear cameras: a 50MP main with OIS, a 50MP 2x camera, and an 8MP wide-angle. The Z11 lists a 50MP main with OIS built on a Sony IMX882 sensor, and an 8MP ultrawide. The GT 7 is the only one with a dedicated 2x lens, which matters if you shoot portraits or distant subjects often and use the zoom range.
Sensor resolution and lens count do not show which phone takes better photos. Processing, low-light performance and colour tuning decide that, and no sample images or camera tests were reviewed for this article.
Independent reader supportYour contribution helps us test, update, and keep practical guides available for everyone.Durability and water protection
realme lists an IP69 rating for the GT 7, and iQOO lists IP68/IP69 for the Z11. These are ingress-protection claims made under specific lab conditions, not a promise that the phone will stay waterproof for its life.

iQOO’s own page says water and dust resistance may decline with daily use, advises against everyday immersion, and states that liquid damage is not covered by warranty. Treat both ratings as protection against occasional splashes and dust, not as a reason to use the phone underwater. If either phone gets wet, dry it before connecting a charger.
Price difference: what can and cannot be said
The iQOO Official E-Store listed the Z11 5G in the 8GB/128GB configuration at ₹39,999 when observed on 7 October 2026. Store prices change often, and this figure is an observed listing rather than a fixed launch price or a guaranteed offer. The crossed-out reference price shown alongside it is not a verified transaction price, so this article does not use it.
What’s actually slowing this PC down?
Pick the symptom - the matching free tool is one click away.
realme India’s official GT 7 product page, as reviewed, lists specifications but no selling price. Retailer listings for the GT 7 appeared in search results, but none was confirmed as a current, like-for-like offer from a primary retailer. As a result, this article does not state a price difference or describe either phone as cheaper.
To close the gap yourself, compare offers that match on all of these:
- The same memory and storage configuration, and the same regional model
- The same seller and the same date
- Whether bank offers, exchange values or coupons are included in the price shown
- Whether the price includes delivery, and whether it is a list price or a discounted one
Which one to choose
Choose the realme GT 7 if
- A higher-tier chipset and the highest listed wired charging wattage matter most to you
- A dedicated 2x camera is part of your photography
- A smaller, flatter screen suits your hands and use
Choose the iQOO Z11 if
- A larger curved screen with a 144Hz refresh rate is a priority
- You want the phone with the higher rated battery figure, with the caveat that iQOO publishes two capacity numbers
- You have confirmed a current price for the 8GB/128GB configuration and it fits your budget
If the price of the GT 7 in your region matches the Z11 on the same configuration, the choice comes down to the chip tier and camera setup against the display. If you cannot confirm matching prices, decide on specifications first and check the price last.
