The realme GT 7 Pro has a larger display, a listed periscope camera and higher-rated wired charging; the iQOO 15R lists a larger typical battery and a 130Hz display mode. Both are offered with up to 12GB RAM and 512GB storage in the configurations listed here, though the GT 7 Pro also has a 16GB RAM option. A reliable current India price difference cannot be established from conflicting price and stock snapshots, so compare matching storage variants and live seller offers before deciding.

Which phone has the stronger specification fit?
Choose the GT 7 Pro for screen size and listed camera versatility
Its 6.78-inch panel is larger than the 15R’s 6.59-inch display. The GT 7 Pro also has a clearly specified three-camera rear setup: main, ultra-wide and periscope portrait, with OIS listed for the main and periscope cameras. realme lists video recording up to 8K at 24fps. That makes its camera hardware easier to assess on paper, but does not establish image quality against the 15R.

Choose the 15R if battery capacity is your priority
iQOO lists a 7600mAh typical battery, compared with 5800mAh typical for the GT 7 Pro. The capacity difference favors the 15R on paper, but it cannot by itself predict screen-on time: display settings, network conditions, software and workload affect endurance.

Compare charging claims cautiously
realme rates the GT 7 Pro for 120W SUPERVOOC and says its adapter is included; iQOO lists 100W charging. These wattage ratings do not reveal a like-for-like charge time, and the available specifications do not establish which phone charges faster in practice.
Do not infer a performance winner from processor names
The listed processors are Snapdragon 8 Elite for the GT 7 Pro and Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 for the 15R. Those names identify the advertised chipsets; without comparable independent tests, they are not evidence of which phone runs a particular game or workload faster.

Display: larger panel or higher refresh claim?
The GT 7 Pro offers more screen area and a 2780 × 1264 resolution, with refresh rate listed up to 120Hz. The 15R has a 2750 × 1260 AMOLED display and iQOO specifies 130Hz for normal scenes, alongside 360Hz touch sampling. Refresh rate and touch sampling measure different things: the former describes screen updates, while the latter describes touch input sampling. Neither figure alone establishes overall display quality or responsiveness.
What is known about software and protection?
realme lists realme UI 6.0 based on Android 15 for the GT 7 Pro; iQOO lists OriginOS 6.0 for the 15R. The available official information does not establish a comparable update-support duration, so buyers should not assume a longer security or Android-version support period for either model based on these version names alone.

realme’s product page presents IP69 protection and a 6500-nit peak-brightness figure as manufacturer claims. These should not be read as independent measurements; realme also notes that specifications and descriptions may change. The cited iQOO parameter information here does not establish a matching IP rating or peak-brightness figure for the 15R, so a direct comparison on those points is not supported.
How to compare the current India prices
A dependable price difference is not available from the conflicting price and stock snapshots. Neither official specification page establishes current retailer pricing. Check both phones at the same time and compare the same storage tier—256GB against 256GB or 512GB against 512GB—rather than comparing a discounted base model with a higher-capacity variant.

- Record the listed price, seller, stock status and warranty region for each exact configuration.
- Separate the checkout price from conditional discounts. Note whether a bank offer, exchange value or other promotion is required, and whether you qualify.
- Check that both listings are for India-market units and equivalent RAM and storage where possible.
- Recheck availability and final checkout totals before ordering; retailer prices and offers can change.
Until those checks are made, there is no supported current rupee difference to quote. If comparing launch pricing with a current offer, label those figures separately rather than presenting them as equivalent prices.

Which should you buy?
- Consider the realme GT 7 Pro if you want the larger display, a fully specified ultra-wide and periscope rear-camera setup, or the higher listed charging wattage.
- Consider the iQOO 15R if the larger published typical battery capacity and its 130Hz normal-scene refresh claim matter more to you.
- Decide on price only after checking matching storage, seller, stock and conditional offers on the same day.
On specifications alone, neither is a universal winner: the GT 7 Pro’s listed advantages are display size and camera-role breadth, while the 15R leads on typical battery capacity and its stated normal-scene refresh rate. The best fit depends on which of those trade-offs matters more to you.
