By August 2026, official Realme websites in several regions list the Dream Edition as an existing product. Whether you can buy it today still depends on your country.
Release timeline and current status
- May 20, 2025: Realme announced a three-year strategic partnership with the Aston Martin Aramco Formula One Team and introduced the Dream Edition as its first smartphone collaboration. Read the announcement at Realme’s newsroom.
- May 27, 2025: Realme scheduled the global GT 7 Series launch in Paris.
- August 2026 status: Regional Realme sites list the Dream Edition with product pages and specifications. “Coming soon” is therefore only accurate for a particular market that had not yet received stock.
The phone is an official handset, not just an Aston Martin case or accessory bundle. Regional sales dates, stock, prices, firmware and warranty terms can differ.
What makes the Dream Edition special?
The Dream Edition uses the GT 7 platform but adds Aston Martin-focused industrial design, software treatment and presentation.
- Aston Martin Racing Green: The signature green finish distinguishes it from standard GT 7 colors.
- Wing-inspired rear treatment: Realme describes aerodynamic flow lines and a dual-wing design, finished with a silver Aston Martin wing emblem.
- Co-branded presentation: The package includes a limited-edition gift box promoted with Aston Martin Aramco F1 Team branding.
- Racing-themed software: Aston Martin watermarks and interface elements are included, although exact features can vary by regional software build.
- 16GB/512GB configuration: Official regional pages promote this high-capacity version. Check the local specification sheet to confirm whether the 16GB figure includes virtual or extended memory.
The partnership evidence supports design, branding, packaging and software collaboration. It does not establish that Aston Martin designed the chipset, battery or other core hardware.

Price and availability by market
Realme says pricing and availability vary by market. Use the relevant regional site or official store rather than assuming that a global product page means worldwide retail availability.
| Market | What is established | What to do |
|---|---|---|
| Russia | Realme’s official site lists the Dream Edition from 74,999 rubles. | Treat this as a Russia-specific starting price, not a global MSRP. |
| Philippines, Mexico, Singapore and Indonesia | Official regional sites list the model; the cited pages do not establish one directly comparable price for every market. | Check the country’s current Realme store for price, stock and bundle contents. |
| United States | No official U.S. launch, price, warranty or carrier support is established by the available sources. | Do not treat an import listing as an official U.S. release. |
Product pages include the Philippines, Mexico, Singapore and the global specifications page. Other regional checks include Indonesia, Russia and Realme’s market selector.
Dream Edition versus the standard GT 7
The right comparison is with the same regional GT 7 variant. Realme can change chipsets, memory, batteries, bands, chargers and software by market, so a global specification cannot prove parity with every standard GT 7.
| Area | Dream Edition | Standard GT 7 |
|---|---|---|
| Design | Racing Green, wing-inspired rear treatment and Aston Martin emblem | Conventional GT 7 styling and colors |
| Packaging | Co-branded limited-edition gift box | Standard retail packaging |
| Software | Aston Martin-themed interface elements plus region-dependent GT 7 software | Regular GT 7 software treatment |
| Memory/storage | Official pages promote 16GB/512GB | Varies by market and configuration |
| Core hardware | Dimensity 9400e, 7,000mAh battery, 120W charging and other listed GT 7-level hardware | Must be matched by the same regional model before drawing conclusions |
| Price and support | May command a premium; regional warranty and stock apply | Usually easier to source through ordinary local channels |
In practical terms, the premium is mainly for distinctive design, F1 identity, high storage and collector-oriented packaging unless your market’s standard GT 7 has materially different hardware.

It makes sense when
- You are an Aston Martin or Formula One fan and value an official collaboration design.
- You want the listed 512GB storage and a large battery with fast charging.
- You can buy from a supported regional Realme channel with clear warranty terms.
Choose a standard GT 7 or local alternative when
- Performance per dollar matters more than branding and packaging.
- The Dream Edition is unavailable through an authorized seller in your country.
- You need straightforward local repairs, returns and carrier certification.
Checklist before importing
- Compare LTE and 5G bands with your carrier.
- Confirm VoLTE certification; matching frequency bands alone may not be enough.
- Check regional firmware, Google Mobile Services and supported languages.
- Verify charger plug, voltage requirements, import duties and return rights.
- Confirm the exact RAM/storage configuration and whether accessories are included.
- Make sure a marketplace listing is the Dream Edition itself, not a regular GT 7 sold with a case or skin.
Is it really a limited edition?
Realme markets the phone as a special collaboration and promotes limited-edition co-branded packaging. The cited official pages do not publish a worldwide production quantity, so “limited edition” should not be interpreted as a documented global unit count or guaranteed rarity.
The Bottom Line
The realme GT 7 Dream Edition is a legitimate, regionally released GT 7 collaboration with Aston Martin Aramco Formula One Team—not an upcoming rumor. Its measurable hardware is broadly GT 7-based; the defining reasons to pay more are Racing Green styling, F1 branding, software themes, packaging and the high-capacity configuration. Check your country’s official Realme store before buying, and treat imports as a compatibility and warranty decision rather than proof of U.S. availability.
