The realme 16T 5G is the stronger fit if battery capacity, faster charging and a high refresh rate matter most; the Moto g max 5G has the sharper reported display and a more flexible rear-camera setup with an ultra-wide lens. A 91mobiles page displayed ₹29,999 for realme and ₹27,599 for Moto at access, a ₹2,400 gap in that snapshot—not a dependable current price difference. Check the exact India variants and live listings before buying.

Which display is better for you?
The Moto’s reported 1080 × 2400 resolution should render text and fine detail more sharply than the realme’s official regional 720 × 1570 panel, especially when reading small text or viewing detailed images. The realme screen is slightly larger and is rated up to 144Hz, compared with the Moto’s reported 120Hz. A higher refresh rate can make supported scrolling and motion look smoother, but it does not make a lower-resolution panel sharper.
Do these 3 things before closing this tab:
1Scan for outdated or missing drivers - takes under a minute2Clear out junk files and repair common Windows errors3Fix the driver behind crashes, sound loss and screen glitchesChoose based on what you notice most: the Moto’s reported Full HD+ resolution for detail, or the realme’s larger panel and higher stated refresh ceiling. The realme page is for the Philippines variant, so confirm the India SKU’s display specifications before treating them as identical.

Camera differences: ultra-wide framing versus a monochrome sensor
Comparison sources report an 8MP ultra-wide rear camera on the Moto, which offers a wider field of view for landscapes, architecture and larger groups. Realme’s official specification lists a 2MP monochrome secondary camera alongside its 50MP main camera. These are different kinds of secondary cameras; the listed megapixel figures alone do not establish which phone takes better photos.
The Moto is also reported to have a 32MP front camera versus 16MP on realme. Resolution by itself is not a reliable measure of selfie quality. No independent image-quality testing is established here, so camera choice should turn on the lens options you will use rather than a claim of overall photo superiority.

Battery capacity and charging
Realme specifies an 8,000mAh typical battery (7,780mAh rated) and 45W SuperVOOC charging. The 7,000mAh capacity and 30W charging figure for Moto are comparison-site reports. On listed figures, realme has the capacity and charging-rate advantage.

Those capacities do not predict exact screen-on time: network conditions, brightness, apps and settings affect endurance, and no independent battery test is available here. 91mobiles displayed PCMark battery results of 17h 41m for realme and 18h 15m for Moto; these are publisher-reported results, not a guarantee of everyday use or a test conducted for this article. Treat them as a comparison-site result rather than a universal runtime ranking.

Performance, memory and storage
Realme lists the MediaTek Dimensity 6300; comparison pages report the Moto’s Snapdragon 6s Gen 4. Those chipset names do not, by themselves, settle which phone feels faster in daily use. No independent performance testing is established here.
91mobiles displayed AnTuTu scores of 633,631 for realme and 807,683 for Moto. These are figures reported by that comparison publisher; without treating them as a controlled, independently verified test for every retail unit, they should not substitute for evidence about the apps or games you use.

The realme Philippines specifications list 8GB RAM with 128GB or 256GB storage and expandable storage support. Comparison sources report 6GB RAM and 128GB storage for Moto, without listing storage expansion. Confirm the India configurations and card compatibility before purchase; the regional specification page alone does not establish which storage options are sold in India.
Durability claims and what the ratings do—and do not—mean
Realme’s India page advertises IP69 Pro water resistance and military-grade shock resistance; Gadgets360 reports IP64 for Moto. These are claims from different sources and rating levels, not a like-for-like independent durability test. An IP rating describes performance under specified test conditions, not immunity to every liquid, pressure, drop or repair scenario. Check the manufacturer’s terms for the exact India model and do not assume water exposure is safe for either phone.

India price difference: treat ₹2,400 as a dated snapshot
91mobiles displayed ₹29,999 for realme 16T 5G and ₹27,599 for Moto g max 5G when accessed, making the realme listing ₹2,400 higher in that snapshot. The figures are dynamic page displays rather than fixed official prices; other results showed different amounts. Compare live listings at the same time and match RAM, storage, seller, warranty and included accessories before deciding that one costs less.
Which phone should you choose?
- Choose realme if its stated 8,000mAh typical battery, 45W charging, 144Hz maximum refresh rate or expandable storage best matches your priorities—and the India model you can buy confirms those specifications.
- Choose Moto if the reported Full HD+ resolution and 8MP ultra-wide camera are more useful to you, and the India listing confirms those features.
- Do not decide on price alone from the cited ₹2,400 snapshot. Check comparable live configurations, final checkout prices, warranty and seller terms.
Before paying, verify the exact model name and India SKU, network compatibility, RAM and storage, warranty coverage and what is included in the box. Regional realme specifications can differ; realme itself notes that some details vary by market and configuration.
