The realme 16 5G lists a sharper FHD+ display and 60 W charging; the realme 16T 5G lists a larger battery and a higher maximum refresh rate. Their chipsets and camera specifications also differ, but the available manufacturer pages cover India for the 16 and the Philippines for the 16T, so local configurations and prices need checking.

Which display is better?
The realme 16 5G has the higher listed resolution: FHD+ at 2372 × 1080. The realme 16T 5G is listed with an HD+ 1570 × 720 LCD. That means the 16 has the sharper stated resolution, while the 16T’s listed maximum refresh rate is higher at 144 Hz versus 120 Hz.
Refresh rate and resolution describe different things. The refresh-rate ceiling indicates how often the screen can update; it does not make the 16T’s lower-resolution panel sharper. The published specifications alone do not establish how either screen looks or feels in everyday use.

Battery capacity and charging are different trade-offs
Realme lists a typical battery capacity of 7000 mAh for the 16 and 8000 mAh for the 16T. The rated figures are 6830 mAh and 7780 mAh, respectively. These are manufacturer specifications, not independent tests of screen-on time or days between charges, so the larger stated capacity does not by itself prove longer real-world runtime.
The India 16 page lists 60 W fast charging. The cited Philippines 16T specifications page has no charging entry in its search excerpt, while realme’s India marketing page advertises 45 W for the 16T. Treat that 45 W figure as an India-market claim, not confirmation for every 16T variant. Charging speed also does not establish how long a full charge takes under actual conditions.

What is the price difference?
There is no reliable fixed price difference established for these phones. The result does not support an unqualified claim about what either phone costs now.
For a useful comparison in your country, check both local listings on the same day and match the RAM and storage tier. Record whether each amount is a regular list price, sale price, or conditional bank or launch offer, and verify the seller and stock. The cited official pages and the third-party snapshot do not establish current official India list prices for both models. 91mobiles’ comparison page is a place to see the cited comparison result, not an authoritative live-price source.
