The cited specifications do not give enough matching display data to make a complete comparison of resolution, refresh rate and screen size, so neither description alone proves which screen is sharper or more comfortable to use.

Cameras and video: choose by camera roles, not megapixels alone
realme 15 Pro 5G
realme’s stated setup has three 50MP cameras, including a Sony IMX896 main camera with OIS, and supports 4K 60fps video across lenses. That is the more explicitly all-50MP arrangement on paper, with a stated high-frame-rate 4K mode.
vivo T5 5G
