The realme 15 Pro 5G advertises a higher refresh rate, a larger stated battery for India and faster wired charging; Nothing Phone (4b) lists an adaptive 120 Hz screen and a different India-specific battery capacity. Those specifications do not establish which phone lasts longer, takes better photos or performs better in games. Compare the same Indian RAM/storage tier and check live seller listings before deciding on price.
India price difference: verify the exact variant before comparing
A 91mobiles comparison result displayed ₹34,799 for the realme 15 Pro 5G and ₹31,670 for Nothing Phone (4b), with both prices labeled Amazon. Treat these as an indicative third-party snapshot, not verified current offers: the result does not confirm live availability, seller eligibility or matched storage configurations, and the comparison page contained inconsistent device data. It is not a reliable basis for calculating a definitive current price gap. See the 91mobiles comparison.

Which display should you choose?
realme advertises a 144 Hz display, while Nothing specifies a 6.77-inch Super AMOLED panel with adaptive refresh up to 120 Hz. Nothing describes it as a “bright, clear and responsive” display; that wording is manufacturer copy, not an independent assessment. Nothing’s Phone (4b) page.
A higher advertised refresh rate alone does not show which display looks better or feels smoother in everyday use. For a meaningful choice, compare measured brightness, resolution, color behavior, outdoor readability and how each phone manages refresh rate. Those matched independent measurements are not established by the cited specifications.
Performance and gaming: specifications are not a benchmark
realme names the Snapdragon 7 Gen 4 and promotes gaming optimizations. Nothing’s product page describes an eight-core Snapdragon CPU and includes vendor performance claims, but does not identify the chipset model in the cited material. The realme announcement is dated July 24, 2025. realme’s launch announcement · Nothing’s product page.

realme describes a triple 50 MP camera system, including a Sony IMX896 optical-image-stabilized main camera, and advertises 4K recording at 60 frames per second. Nothing lists a 50 MP OIS main camera and a 119-degree ultra-wide camera. These are manufacturer descriptions; camera hardware alone cannot show which phone produces better results. realme’s launch announcement · realme’s specifications · Nothing’s product page.
For a camera-led purchase, compare independent sample photos and video from both phones, paying attention to skin tones, low-light detail, autofocus, stabilization and consistency between the main and ultra-wide cameras. The cited sources do not provide matched camera tests.
Battery and charging: keep regional capacity and test methods separate
realme India lists a 7,000 mAh typical battery and 80 W charging. To reach the maximum advertised charging rate, realme says the original realme 80 W charger and cable are required. Its page also reports laboratory charging figures with caveats, so those figures should not be treated as a guaranteed everyday result. realme’s India specifications.

Nothing gives two regional capacities: 6,000 mAh for India and 5,200 mAh for most other regions. Its page also claims up to 22 hours of video streaming. That vendor figure is a different kind of measure from battery capacity and should not be read as a direct comparison with realme’s laboratory charging information. Confirm that a listing is for the Indian Phone (4b), and use comparable independent endurance tests to judge real-world battery life. Nothing’s product page.
Durability, software and ownership questions
Water and dust protection
realme advertises IP69 protection but says protection conditions have limits, may decrease with wear, and do not make liquid damage covered by warranty. Check the warranty terms for the exact Indian model rather than treating an IP rating as a promise of repair coverage. The cited Nothing product information does not establish a comparable protection rating.
Software support
Nothing’s product page identifies Android 16 with Nothing OS. The cited sources do not establish a matched comparison of software-support duration, update schedules or local warranty terms. Check each manufacturer’s current India support information before using longevity as a deciding factor.
Quick Recap
How to make the decision
- Start with the deal: compare live India listings for the same RAM and storage tier, and verify seller and variant.
- Choose on measured display quality: do not treat 144 Hz versus adaptive 120 Hz as a complete screen-quality verdict.
- For gaming, seek sustained tests: look for comparable independent results that include heat and stability.
- For cameras, inspect samples: compare photo and video behavior across the situations you use most.
- For battery, confirm region and methods: Nothing’s India capacity differs from its stated capacity in most other regions, and manufacturer claims are not a matched endurance test.
- For long-term ownership, check terms: verify protection and warranty conditions alongside software-support commitments.
