Choose realme for a larger screen
The realme’s 6.8-inch display is the better fit if screen area is a priority. Its listed refresh rate reaches 144Hz, compared with 120Hz on the vivo. That is a specification difference, not proof that every app or game will run at those rates.

Choose vivo for a more compact body
At 6.31 inches, the X300 FE has the smaller display and is shorter and narrower on the listed dimensions. It weighs 191g, while realme lists approximately 187–189g for the realme 15, depending on variant. The realme is marginally lighter by those figures, despite its larger body.
How do their processors and storage compare?
The realme lists a MediaTek Dimensity 7300+ built on 4nm, while vivo lists a Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 built on 3nm. The listed platform puts the vivo in a substantially higher processor tier, but these specifications alone cannot establish benchmark scores, sustained gaming performance, or day-to-day speed.

The realme has a 50MP OIS main camera and an 8MP wide-angle camera. The vivo adds a 50MP OIS telephoto camera to its 50MP OIS main and 8MP wide-angle cameras, giving it a dedicated listed camera for telephoto framing. Both list a 50MP front camera, with autofocus specified for vivo.

vivo says its ZEISS Telephoto Extender Gen 2 is compatible with the X300 FE and must be purchased separately; compatibility does not mean the accessory is included. Camera resolution and stabilization specifications do not establish which phone takes better photos or videos.
Battery capacity and charging
realme lists a 7000mAh typical battery capacity (6830mAh minimum), compared with vivo’s 6500mAh typical capacity (6350mAh minimum/rated). realme lists 80W charging and an adapter in the package; vivo lists 90W FlashCharge when used with the original vivo charger and cable, with actual power varying by use. Capacity and charging wattage alone do not determine endurance or charging time.

What is the India price difference?
Prices observed in 2026 are snapshots, not guaranteed current offers. vivo India’s store displayed the X300 FE 12GB+256GB at ₹89,999, against a displayed MRP of ₹119,999. A 91mobiles comparison snapshot showed the realme 15 at ₹29,999 and the X300 FE at ₹94,999; another snapshot from the same comparison site showed different prices.

- You value its higher listed battery capacity and 80W charging specification.
- Your priority is a lower observed price point; verify the current offer, seller, and exact variant first.
Consider the vivo X300 FE if
