A 9to5Toys report published October 7, 2026, listed the Light Gray Fabric Razer Iskur V2 X for $189, compared with a $250 reference price. That makes $189 a reported offer—not a verified all-time low or a guarantee of the price currently available. PC Gamer reported a different Prime Day price, $219.99, on October 6. Check the live listing’s model, color, seller, stock, and price before buying.
What the $189 Razer Iskur V2 X deal actually establishes
The October 7, 2026, 9to5Toys report identifies the deal as the Light Gray Fabric Iskur V2 X at $189 and shows a $250 reference price. The report does not establish an independently audited price history, so it cannot substantiate the “all-time low” claim or prove that $250 was the regular price for this exact variant and seller.

There is also a same-period discrepancy: PC Gamer reported a $219.99 Prime Day price on October 6. The available reports do not explain whether the difference came from seller, timing, or variant. Treat both as dated reports, not as confirmation of one current checkout price.
- Confirm the listing says Razer Iskur V2 X, not a different Iskur model or the V2 X NewGen.
- Match the color and upholstery to the reported Light Gray Fabric variant.
- Check the seller, stock, delivery, and final checkout total; these can affect whether the reported price applies.
- Do not assume a discount amount or price-history record from the $250 reference alone.
What you get in the Iskur V2 X
Razer’s product information describes the Iskur V2 X with integrated lumbar support, a widened seat base, contoured high-density foam cushions, 2D armrests, multilayered fabric, and recline up to 152 degrees. These are manufacturer specifications, not results from an independent hands-on test.
#1 Best Overall
- BUILT-IN LUMBAR SUPPORT — Designed with an integrated lumbar arch that gently supports the lower back and encourages a neutral sitting position, minimizing back fatigue over long periods
- WIDENED SEAT BASE WITH REDUCED EDGES — Sculpted with reduced edges to guide the body towards the center for optimal pressure distribution; enjoy greater flexibility in sitting with a widened seat base
- CONTOURED HIGH DENSITY FOAM CUSHIONS — Experience a greater level of lower body support and stability with thick cushion padding that reduces pressure and molds to unique body shapes
- ADJUSTABLE 152-DEGREE RECLINE — Lean back and set the ideal angle with a backrest that has an adjustable recline of up to 152 degrees
- 2D ARMRESTS — With armrests that can be adjusted in height and rotated inwards or outwards, arms can be in a natural, relaxed position when gaming
The lumbar support is built into the chair and is not adjustable. If you need to change lumbar position or firmness to fit your back, that is a meaningful limitation—not a feature to infer from the word “ergonomic.” The armrests are adjustable in two dimensions; the cited specifications do not establish broader adjustment than that.
Will the chair fit you?
Razer recommends the V2 X for users 160–190 cm tall (about 5 ft 3 in–6 ft 2 in) and below 136 kg (299 lb). These are manufacturer recommendations, not a guarantee of individual comfort. Razer’s support page lists a 430 mm-wide by 485 mm-deep seat base and an 850 mm-high backrest for the V2 X. Those measurements should not be substituted with specifications for the separate V2 X NewGen.

Use the measurements and recommendation as a screening check, then compare them with a chair that fits you well. In particular, seat depth, the fixed lumbar position, and how the armrests line up with your desk can matter as much as the advertised height and weight range.

At a confirmed $189, it may suit a buyer who wants a fabric-covered gaming chair with integrated lumbar support, 2D armrests, and a substantial recline, and whose body fits Razer’s recommended range. The price alone does not establish value against other chairs: compare current total price, dimensions, lumbar adjustability, upholstery, and return terms for the alternatives you are considering.

It is a less obvious choice if adjustable lumbar support is a must-have, if you fall outside Razer’s recommended fit range, or if you cannot verify the exact model and deal price. Razer positioned the V2 X at launch as an essential chair carrying core features of the Iskur V2 at a more accessible price; that is the manufacturer’s positioning, not an independent comparative finding.

Razer lists foam cushioning, fabric upholstery, integrated lumbar support, and a recline angle of up to 152 degrees, but those specifications do not establish how comfortable the chair will feel during a long session. Comfort depends on fit and personal preference, particularly because the lumbar support cannot be repositioned. If possible, test the chair or check the retailer’s return policy before committing.
