Baltimore Ravens outside linebacker Trey Hendrickson had a procedure to fix his finger and is ruled out for the team’s Week 4 game against the Tennessee Titans. Head coach Jesse Minter said the team expects the absence to be “very, very short term,” but Baltimore has not announced a return date.
What happened to Trey Hendrickson?
The Ravens said Hendrickson underwent a procedure to fix his finger. The team reported that he had played the previous two games with the reportedly broken finger, but did not provide clinical details about the procedure.

When could Hendrickson return?
Minter described the expected absence as “very, very short term,” according to the Ravens’ account. The team has not specified a return date, so that characterization is an expectation rather than confirmation that Hendrickson will play in a particular upcoming game. Ravens team update

Who could take on more work against Tennessee?
Baltimore identified second-year outside linebacker Mike Green and undrafted rookie Ethan Burke as players who could see more work while Hendrickson is out. Through the first three weeks, the Ravens reported that Green had five tackles and one sack. The team has not established either player’s role or production in the Titans game. Ravens team update
