Quiet Express: Cabin 909 is a narrative mystery game about a transcontinental train trapped in a fatal seven-day loop. STUDIO909 released its Windows Steam demo on October 16, 2026; it takes about 30 minutes to finish and lets players try multiple ways to prevent the derailment that occurs on day seven. What the Quiet Express: Cabin 909 demo is

How the seven-day train loop works

Demo release, length and what is playable
GamesPress reported the Steam demo’s release on October 16, 2026, stating that a typical completion takes approximately 30 minutes and that players can attempt multiple solutions to the day-seven derailment: GamesPress release notice. SteamDB records the Windows demo as app 4094380, released at 14:58:46 UTC on the same date: SteamDB app record.
That duration describes the demo, not the eventual full game. A short first run can be followed by additional attempts to test different cabin routes and passenger outcomes, but the available material does not establish a total number of endings or a full-game playtime.
