Pulsetto FIT X adds manufacturer-described features such as adaptive stimulation, electrode-contact sensing and offline use, but the available hands-on review does not show that it delivers better results than Pulsetto FIT or Lite. Wareable reviewer Emilija Kilimaitė used it daily for one week: she liked the adjustability and app, but found stimulation stronger and the electrode pressure uncomfortable, and noticed no particular benefits during that short test. FIT X is most compelling for buyers who value its new hardware and are comfortable paying more; a lower-cost model may suit someone who mainly wants to try the basic concept.
What’s new with Pulsetto FIT X?
Pulsetto announced FIT X on September 17, 2026, describing it as a next-generation, neck-worn vagus nerve stimulation (VNS) wearable. The features below are manufacturer claims about design and functionality, not independent confirmation of health benefits. Pulsetto’s launch announcement describes:
As an Amazon Associate I earn from qualifying purchases.
- Adaptive stimulation and intelligent electrode-contact sensing.
- X-shaped, dual-channel electrodes intended to contact both sides of the neck simultaneously.
- Additional profiles and gentler starting levels.
- App integration, including a Stress Resilience Score, plus an offline mode.
- Longer battery life, improved Bluetooth and vibro-tactile feedback.
Pulsetto CEO Ignas Brazdauskas framed the product around the line, “Stress is part of everyday life.” That is the company’s product philosophy, not a scientific conclusion.
What did the hands-on review find?
Wareable reviewer Emilija Kilimaitė tested FIT X daily for one week, assessing fit, stimulation, the app and usability. Her findings are useful for understanding comfort, but they are one reviewer’s experience—not a prediction of how every person will respond. Read Kilimaitė’s Wareable review.

- Weight: She found FIT X heavier than earlier models.
- App: She found the updated app more engaging.
- Perceived benefits: She noticed no particular benefits during the week. She also cautioned that one week is too short to draw large conclusions about potential benefits.
Comfort and tolerance are especially personal with a neck-worn device. The relevant question is not simply whether FIT X has more features, but whether its fit, pad pressure and stimulation range work for you.
How does FIT X compare with FIT and Lite?
Pulsetto positions FIT X as its current premium generation and FIT and Lite as lower-cost options. The company’s comparison material is vendor marketing, not independent evidence that the newer model produces better outcomes. See Pulsetto’s comparison page.

What does the evidence say about benefits?
Pulsetto’s launch announcement says FIT X builds on its clinically studied VNS technology and summarizes a peer-reviewed randomized trial and a September 2026 sham-controlled EEG study. The announcement does not provide enough primary-study detail to assess those studies independently, and it does not establish that either study tested FIT X. It therefore cannot support a claim that FIT X improves stress, anxiety, sleep or another outcome—or that it outperforms FIT or Lite.

Kilimaitė reports that the package includes the device, a USB-C cable, conductive gel and an applicator. She says FIT X includes a 30 g tube, compared with 60 g in older Pulsetto models. That difference affects the ownership experience, but it does not establish how long a tube lasts.

Is Pulsetto FIT X worth it?
FIT X is easier to justify if you want the newest manufacturer-listed features—especially contact sensing, adaptive stimulation, offline use and app integration—and are willing to pay a premium for them. The case is less clear if your priority is proven better results: the available material does not demonstrate an outcome advantage over FIT or Lite.
If you are price-conscious and mainly want to try Pulsetto’s VNS wearable concept, FIT or Lite may be the more sensible starting point. If you are sensitive to neck pressure or stronger stimulation, Kilimaitė’s experience is a reason to weigh comfort carefully; it cannot predict your own tolerance. Compare current checkout prices and, if possible, assess the fit and feel before committing.
