No UK retailer’s orderable PS5 Pro stock, current price or delivery estimate was verified for 7 October 2026. Start with PlayStation’s official UK buying page, then check a retailer’s live listing and complete checkout before treating a console as available. Stock messages can change quickly.
Where to check for a PS5 Pro in the UK
PlayStation’s UK buying page directs shoppers to online retailers for PS5 consoles, including PS5 Pro. It is a useful starting point, not a live inventory feed: follow a retailer link and confirm that the console can actually be ordered for your location.

PlayStation Direct’s UK 2TB PS5 Pro page is another official place to check. Its product result said, “Currently Out of stock, check back soon, as we will be getting more stock.” That result was crawled roughly three weeks before 7 October 2026, so it does not establish the console’s stock status today.
Do these 3 things before closing this tab:
1Fix the driver behind crashes, sound loss and screen glitches2Repair Windows errors before they cause bigger problems3Scan for outdated or missing drivers - takes under a minuteA Sports Direct result listed the PS5 Pro as available from 23 October 2026. Because that date is in the future relative to 7 October, it is not a current buying option. No retailer in the available listings had verified, orderable stock for this update.

How to verify a listing before you buy
A search result or product page alone may not show whether stock is genuinely available to you. Check the details that determine whether the offer is usable:
- Order status: Look for an in-stock or preorder option, then proceed far enough through checkout to confirm it is still available.
- Seller: On a marketplace, identify whether the seller is the retailer itself or a third party.
- Total price: Check the amount payable, including delivery and any bundle pricing.
- Delivery or collection: Confirm the estimate or collection location for your postcode.
- Bundle and terms: Review what is included, plus cancellation and return terms.
Availability, price and delivery can change between a search result and checkout. Treat an item as available only when the retailer confirms the order.
Is low supply confirmed?
The available evidence does not establish the scale or duration of a UK PS5 Pro shortage. It contains no verified stock count, shortage percentage or restock schedule. A dated out-of-stock result and a future-dated retailer listing are not enough to show how widely the console is unavailable.
Does the GTA 6 release change where to buy the console?
No. Game preorders and console stock are separate: a retailer offering the game does not thereby have PS5 Pro hardware available.
The UK PlayStation Store listing for Grand Theft Auto VI shows a PS5 version, the PS5 Pro Enhanced label, and a displayed release date of 19 November 2026. At the time reflected by that listing, the standard edition was shown at £69.99, with one month of GTA+ included with preorder. The offer terms say membership auto-renews monthly at the regular price after the included month unless cancelled. Check the listing and terms directly, as price, date and offer details can change.
Rockstar Games Support’s Grand Theft Auto VI Pre-Order Details, last updated 26 June 2026, says: “You can also pre-order the game at select retailers and third-party storefronts if the game is available in your country.” That supports checking UK retailers for the game where offered; it is not evidence of PS5 Pro console availability.
