Check the cause before paying for a port replacement
A “No Signal” message does not prove the HDMI socket is broken. Possible causes include HDMI circuitry, another motherboard fault, or the console failing to complete startup. If the port looks intact, try a known-working HDMI cable and confirm that the television is set to the correct input. If another cable works, the cable may be at fault. - Does the price cover only the socket, or also damaged solder pads and motherboard tracks?
- What are the inspection, shipping, return-delivery, and turnaround terms? Who pays if the repair cannot be completed?
- Will the provider test video output and the rest of the console after repair?
- How long does the repair warranty last, and what damage or later faults does it exclude?
- Will you get your repaired console back, or is the provider offering an exchange or replacement instead?
Those details matter as much as the headline price: the examples above show separate diagnostic pricing, model-specific rates, warranty periods, and a possible board-damage surcharge.
