The product page presents Insights as a layer that joins information available across Google consoles, adds history, and connects spending with usage. Promevo distinguishes it from gPanel: Insights is described as a visibility layer for cloud and AI infrastructure, while gPanel provides administrative control over Google Workspace. The current product FAQ says Insights is offered alongside gPanel as a bundled solution. Promevo’s product page does not give a public price or a general-availability date.
How it fits with Google’s Gemini Enterprise tools
Insights is not presented as a replacement for Google’s own agent-management features. In an April 22, 2026 announcement, Google Cloud described Gemini Enterprise capabilities for monitoring active agents, changing configurations and receiving real-time status alerts through email and chat. Promevo’s stated pitch is a combined view spanning adoption, agent inventory and permissions, and cloud spending. The available product descriptions do not establish a feature-by-feature comparison or show that Google’s native tools cannot answer a particular question. What is known about access and privacy
Promevo says Insights connects through read-only APIs and does not read, store or display prompt or response content. That is the company’s statement, not an independent security finding. “Read-only” should not be taken to mean that no customer information is retained: Promevo also describes historical data retention, and its launch materials do not specify exactly which fields are collected, how they are stored, or what retention controls customers can set.
The launch information reviewed does not establish detailed architecture, independent security validation, public pricing, general availability, or quantified savings. An organization evaluating the preview would need to confirm those details directly with Promevo.

- How does it calculate license utilization and attribute Google Cloud costs to teams, projects or usage?

- How does the gPanel bundle work, and what are the price and availability terms?
Insights is separate from Promevo’s implementation services
In a separate May 19, 2026 announcement, Promevo described a Gemini Enterprise Accelerator, agent-building and launch support through Google Cloud Marketplace, and custom AI application development and integration. Those are adjacent services for organizations implementing Gemini Enterprise; the announcement does not establish them as features included in Insights.
