What is the Pro Breeze PB-02?

How much water can the PB-02 remove?
Pro Breeze specifies approximately 250ml (9oz) per day at 30°C (86°F) and 80% relative humidity. Because the manual ties that figure to those conditions, it should not be read as a fixed daily amount at cooler temperatures or lower humidity. The tank’s maximum capacity is 500ml (18oz), so under the stated conditions the nominal daily collection is about half a tank; actual filling time depends on operating conditions.

The manual does not provide independent performance testing, a noise level, or comparative results against other models. Its description of the unit as quiet is a qualitative manufacturer claim rather than a measured sound rating.
Setup and tank-full operation
- Connect the supplied adapter to the dehumidifier and then to a wall outlet. The manual specifies DC 9V, 2.5A input.
- Switch the unit on to begin operation.
- When the tank is full, the indicator turns yellow and the dehumidifier switches off.
- Switch the unit off, remove the tank, empty it, replace the tank plug, and return the tank to the appliance before restarting.
Cleaning and storage
Before cleaning, switch off and unplug the appliance. Pro Breeze’s manual instructs users to wipe the exterior with a soft, damp cloth and wash the tank with warm tap water and mild detergent. Remove any scale or deposits, then dry the parts before reassembly. Before storing the appliance, empty, clean, and dry both the unit and tank to help prevent mould.

Is the PB-02 worth considering?
The PB-02’s appeal is its small footprint, low weight, and simple tank-full shutoff. Its stated collection rate is modest and tied to a warm, humid test condition, so the published figure alone cannot show how well it will suit a specific room. For a useful comparison with another dehumidifier, look at extraction rates at the same temperature and relative humidity, tank capacity, technology, size and weight, documented noise measurements, and support for replacement parts. The available evidence does not support an independent ranking or a hands-on verdict.
