On iPhone and iPad, Chrome’s documented print option sends a page to an AirPrint printer; Google’s instructions do not show a “Save as PDF” option in Chrome’s print flow. To save a webpage as a PDF using Apple’s documented method, open it in Safari and use Markup. These are separate workflows, not one Chrome-to-PDF procedure.
Print a page from Chrome on iPhone or iPad

Open Chrome and navigate to the page, image, or file you want to print.

Tap Share at the top right.

Tap View more (the down arrow), then tap Print.

Choose the print settings and tap Print.
Google’s Chrome instructions for iPhone and iPad identify AirPrint as the printing method. To print, select an AirPrint-enabled printer. Apple says the iPhone or iPad and printer must be connected to the same Wi-Fi network; see Apple’s AirPrint instructions.

Save a webpage as a PDF using Safari
Apple documents webpage-to-PDF saving in Safari on iPhone. This is an alternative that requires switching browsers; Apple’s instructions do not establish the same steps in Chrome.

Open the webpage in Safari.

Open the page menu or tap Share, then tap Markup.

Why Chrome’s print menu may not show “Save as PDF”
Google’s cited iPhone and iPad instructions cover printing with AirPrint and do not describe saving the print flow as a PDF. That means the documented Chrome steps do not confirm a PDF-save option; it does not establish that no device-specific workaround exists. Directions for desktop or Android Chrome should not be treated as instructions for Chrome on iPhone or iPad.
