Amazon’s Prime Big Deal Days runs October 6–7, 2026, and is exclusive to Prime members. Amazon advertises event-wide savings of up to 66%, but that figure is not verified for Nintendo Switch, PS5, or Xbox games. Check each game’s live listing and checkout price before buying.
What the 66% figure means for game deals
Amazon’s U.S. event roundup advertises discounts of up to 66% across its broad selection of Prime Big Deal Days offers. That is an event-wide maximum, not a confirmed discount on any particular console game. The available game-deal coverage identifies offers across PS5, Nintendo Switch and Switch 2, and Xbox, but does not establish a verified game-specific price or discount.

Amazon says the event lasts 48 hours, through October 7, and notes that “All deals and availability are subject to change.” A game’s price, stock, or eligibility may therefore differ by the time you visit its listing.
Which console games are included?
Nintendo Switch and Switch 2
Current game-deal coverage includes Nintendo Switch and Switch 2 offers. Check the product page for the exact platform and edition: a listing for one console generation does not by itself establish compatibility with the other.

How to check whether a listing is worth buying
- Open the exact product listing and confirm that it is the game and edition you want.
- Verify the platform and, for Switch titles, whether the listing addresses compatibility with the original Switch or Switch 2.
- Check the current checkout price against the listing’s stated reference price; do not assume the event-wide 66% maximum applies to the game.
- Review the seller, marketplace, and any Prime-member eligibility shown on the listing. The event itself is exclusive to Prime members.
- Recheck the total before placing the order, since Amazon says deals and availability can change.
Where to check current offers
For event dates and membership terms, see Amazon’s Prime Big Deal Days announcement. For Amazon’s event-wide savings claim and availability notice, consult its U.S. deal roundup. FPSHUB’s console game-deal coverage can help identify categories to browse, but confirm prices and terms on the retailer’s own listing.
