Are their charging speeds different?

Choose based on battery capacity
If a larger stated battery capacity is your priority, the M8 Power 5G is the apparent fit based on the reported 8000mAh figure. Treat that as a capacity comparison, not proof of longer tested runtime, and verify the specification for the exact regional model.
