Which phone is faster?
The POCO X7 Pro has the more capable listed processor: MediaTek Dimensity 8400 Ultra versus the Nord CE 6 Lite’s Dimensity 7400 Apex. In 91mobiles’ reported tests, the POCO scored 1,577,069 in AnTuTu and the Nord scored 1,015,733. Those are publisher-specific results, not a promise of the same score or experience on every unit; software, test conditions, and workload can affect performance.
For demanding games and other processor-heavy tasks, the POCO is the more compelling choice on the listed hardware and test results. The benchmark gap should not be treated as a precise measure of how much faster every app will feel.

AMOLED versus a faster-refresh LCD
The POCO combines an AMOLED panel, a listed 1.5K resolution, and a 120 Hz refresh rate. The Nord combines an LCD panel, FHD+ resolution, and a 144 Hz refresh rate. Panel technology, resolution, and refresh rate describe different things: AMOLED is a display type, resolution is the amount of image detail, and refresh rate is how often the screen updates.
The POCO’s AMOLED and higher listed resolution make it the stronger specification-led pick for contrast and detailed video viewing. The Nord’s 144 Hz rate is higher than 120 Hz and may make supported scrolling and animation appear smoother, but that number alone does not make its screen better overall. Actual results depend on content, settings, and how each app uses the display.

Battery capacity and charging are different trade-offs
For India, Xiaomi support gives the POCO X7 Pro a typical battery capacity of 6,550 mAh; the global version is listed at 6,000 mAh. Comparison listings give the Nord CE 6 Lite a 7,000 mAh battery. The Nord therefore has the larger listed capacity, while the POCO has the faster listed wired charging: 90 W versus 45 W.

Capacity alone does not establish which phone lasts longer in ordinary use. In 91mobiles’ PCMark battery test, the POCO recorded 14 hours 53 minutes and the Nord 17 hours 04 minutes. These are results from that publisher’s test, not a guarantee for a particular owner; screen settings, signal, apps, and workload all influence battery life.

Camera specifications and an unresolved selfie-camera listing
Both phones are listed with a 50 MP main rear camera. The POCO adds an 8 MP ultrawide; the Nord’s listed secondary rear camera is 2 MP. Megapixel counts do not establish image quality, so these specifications alone cannot determine which phone takes better photos.
The Nord’s front-camera specification is inconsistent across the comparison sources: 91mobiles lists 8 MP, while Gadgets 360 lists 32 MP. The available official material does not settle the discrepancy for the exact India SKU. Check the manufacturer’s specification page or the precise regional model listing before treating either figure as confirmed.

Which one should you choose?
- Choose the POCO X7 Pro if gaming performance, AMOLED viewing, higher listed resolution, ultrawide camera coverage, or faster 90 W charging matters most.
- Consider the Nord CE 6 Lite if you prefer its larger listed battery capacity, 144 Hz refresh-rate specification, or a 128 GB storage option.
- Compare carefully if camera or software support is decisive. The Nord selfie-camera listing is disputed, and the update years cited here come from 91mobiles rather than verified manufacturer commitments for both India models.
