How fast is the Snapdragon 8s Gen 3?
Xiaomi identifies the Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 as the POCO F6’s processor and says it uses TSMC’s 4nm process. The phone pairs it with LPDDR5X memory and UFS 4.0 storage. Xiaomi also describes its cooling system as LiquidCool Technology 4.0 with IceLoop. These component specifications explain the hardware platform, but do not by themselves establish how the phone performs in a particular game or workload.
POCO reports an AnTuTu score of 1,530,662 for version 10.2.4 from its internal labs. This is a manufacturer-reported result, not an independent test; POCO says results can vary with testing conditions. Xiaomi’s product page also says some rendering features have limited support: Super Resolution Rendering currently supports Genshin Impact only.

6.67-inch 1.5K display
The display is a 6.67-inch Flow AMOLED panel with a stated resolution of 2712 × 1220 and a refresh rate of up to 120Hz. The higher refresh rate is a supported maximum, not a guarantee that every app or activity runs at 120Hz.
Three cameras
The rear setup consists of a 50MP main camera with OIS and an 8MP ultra-wide camera. The front camera is 20MP. These figures describe the camera hardware; they do not establish image quality in different lighting or use cases.
90W wired charging
Xiaomi lists a 5000mAh typical-capacity battery and 90W wired charging. The company’s stated 35-minute full-charge time is a POCO Lab result under specific conditions: the in-box charger was used, boost charging was enabled, the display was off, charging began at 2%, and the ambient temperature was about 25°C. Actual charging time can differ. Xiaomi also states: “90W wired charging means the adapter output power is 90W. Actual power output may vary depending on the environment.”

Does the POCO F6 support 5G, and what else varies by region?
Yes. The POCO F6 is a 5G phone. Xiaomi Singapore lists global 5G bands, but supported bands and practical network compatibility depend on the phone variant and local operator. Confirm the exact Indian model’s supported bands if network compatibility is important.
Xiaomi notes that NFC and some AI features may vary by region or roll out over time. A global or regional specification page should not be treated as proof that every feature is available on every Indian unit.
IP64 rating, box contents and software support
What IP64 does—and does not—mean
Xiaomi says the phone is IP64-certified under specified laboratory conditions and warns that resistance may deteriorate. IP64 should not be read as waterproofing or permission to immerse the phone.
Accessories in the box
Xiaomi Singapore lists a phone, adapter, USB-C cable and protective case in the package, but explicitly notes that contents may differ by region. That list does not establish what is included with an Indian retail unit; check the seller’s India-specific package details before buying. Do not assume an extra charger or case is necessary without checking what comes with the unit.

Launch-era update commitment
India launch coverage reported POCO’s commitment to three major Android updates and four years of security patches. That was the commitment announced at launch; it does not establish the phone’s current update status or confirm fulfillment. Check POCO’s current support information for the device if update coverage affects your decision.
