The Moto G37 has the clearer manufacturer-verified specification sheet; the POCO C85 5G looks attractive on comparison listings for its reported larger screen and battery, but those details need confirmation against the exact Indian model before you buy. Price snapshots put both around ₹15,000, so the decision is less about a large price gap and more about verifying the SKU and choosing the trade-offs that matter to you.
Model identity matters: POCO’s official C85 page describes a Helio G81-Ultra model and does not verify the C85 5G specifications reported by comparison sites. Motorola, meanwhile, lists Moto G37 and Moto G37 Power as separate phones. The Power model’s specifications do not apply to the Moto G37 discussed here.

India price difference: nearly the same in the reported snapshots
When accessed, 91mobiles listed the POCO C85 5G at ₹15,704 and Moto G37 5G at ₹14,986. Gadgets Now listed ₹15,705 and ₹14,986, respectively. These are comparison-site offer snapshots, not guaranteed or current checkout prices; the ₹1 difference between the POCO listings illustrates how quickly displayed prices can vary. Check the seller, exact RAM and storage configuration, stock, location, and final price before comparing.
Do these 3 things before closing this tab:
1Repair Windows errors before they cause bigger problems2Fix the driver behind crashes, sound loss and screen glitches3Clear out junk files and repair common Windows errors| Phone | Reported India price snapshot | Source and qualification |
|---|---|---|
| POCO C85 5G | ₹15,704–₹15,705 | 91mobiles and Gadgets Now snapshots; exact listing variant should be checked. |
| Moto G37 5G | ₹14,986 | 91mobiles and Gadgets Now snapshots; exact listing variant should be checked. |
At those listed prices, the gap is only about ₹718–₹719. That is too small to settle the choice on price alone, especially if the two listings do not match in memory configuration or seller terms.

Specifications: what is verified and what is reported
The strongest distinction in the available specifications is evidence quality. Motorola’s EMEA support page publishes a detailed Moto G37 specification set. The POCO C85 5G details below come from India comparison listings; the official POCO C85 page found for this comparison is for a different, Helio G81-Ultra model.
| Feature | POCO C85 5G | Moto G37 |
|---|---|---|
| Processor | Comparison listings report MediaTek Dimensity 6300, but POCO’s official C85 page does not verify this 5G model. Listings contain conflicting details. | MediaTek Dimensity 6300, 6nm, octa-core up to 2.4GHz, according to Motorola’s Moto G37 specifications. |
| Display | Comparison listings report a 6.9-inch HD+ LCD with 120Hz refresh rate. | Motorola lists an HD+ LCD (1604 × 720), 120Hz, in the 6.67-inch class. |
| Battery and charging | Comparison listings report 6,000mAh and 33W charging; not verified by the official POCO C85 page cited here. | Motorola lists 5,200mAh typical capacity (5,100mAh rated). Comparison listings report 20W charging. |
| Rear and front cameras | Comparison listings report 50MP rear and 8MP front cameras. | Motorola confirms a 50MP f/1.8 rear camera and an 8MP front camera. |
| RAM and storage | Comparison listings show varying RAM options and report 128GB storage; confirm the precise Indian variant. | Motorola’s EMEA page lists 4GB LPDDR4X RAM and 128GB built-in storage, with microSD expansion up to 1TB. Regional configurations may differ. |
| Software | Comparison listings report Android 15. POCO’s official C85 page mentions HyperOS 2, but concerns a different C85 variant. | Motorola lists Android 16. Check the India listing for the applicable software and update policy. |
| Protection and extras | Comparison listings report IP64 and expandable memory; these are not corroborated by the official C85 page cited here. | Motorola lists IP64, Gorilla Glass 7i, stereo speakers, a 3.5mm headset jack, USB-C 2.0, and NFC where available by market. |
For the POCO, see the official POCO C85 page for the model it actually documents: a Helio G81-Ultra C85. Do not treat that page as confirmation of the C85 5G’s comparison-listed chipset, battery, display, or other 5G specifications.

How the main trade-offs affect everyday use
Screen size versus handling
If the comparison listings are accurate, the POCO’s 6.9-inch screen is larger than the Moto G37’s 6.67-inch-class display. That may suit video, reading, and larger on-screen content, while a smaller panel can be easier to manage one-handed. Both are reported or specified as HD+ LCDs with 120Hz refresh rates; the available figures do not establish a difference in image quality.
Battery capacity is not a runtime test
The POCO comparison listings’ 6,000mAh figure is higher than Motorola’s verified Moto G37 capacity of 5,200mAh typical (5,100mAh rated). But those capacities alone cannot tell you which phone lasts longer in your use: screen brightness, network conditions, software, and workload affect runtime. The POCO figure and its reported 33W charging should be verified for the exact model and seller listing.

Storage and expansion
Motorola’s listed G37 configuration includes 128GB built-in storage and microSD expansion up to 1TB. POCO comparison listings report 128GB but vary on RAM options. Compare like-for-like variants and confirm whether the seller’s listing includes the storage and memory configuration you expect.
Camera numbers do not establish camera quality
Both phones are listed with 50MP rear and 8MP front cameras, although Motorola’s page additionally specifies an f/1.8 rear aperture. Megapixel counts and aperture do not substitute for comparable camera testing, so the available specifications do not establish which phone takes better photos or video.

Choose the POCO C85 5G if
- You have confirmed that the seller is offering the exact POCO C85 5G model, not the Helio G81-Ultra C85 documented on POCO’s global page.
- A larger reported 6.9-inch screen or reported 6,000mAh battery is more important to you than the Moto G37’s documented feature set.
- The exact RAM, storage, charging, network bands, warranty, and final price are clear on the regional listing.
Choose the Moto G37 if
- You value specifications Motorola documents for the G37, including Android 16, 128GB built-in storage, microSD expansion up to 1TB, stereo speakers, and a 3.5mm headset jack.
- You want a manufacturer-listed 120Hz HD+ display, IP64 rating, Gorilla Glass 7i, and a 50MP f/1.8 rear camera.
- The Indian seller confirms that its G37 listing matches the 4GB RAM and 128GB storage configuration shown on Motorola’s EMEA specification page.
Do not declare a performance winner from the shared Dimensity 6300 listing or clock speed alone. The comparison material does not provide equivalent independent benchmark results, and comparison pages disagree on some G37 and POCO configuration details.
Quick Recap
Check these details before placing an order
- Confirm the model name and region. Match the product title and model identifier to the seller’s India listing. POCO’s official C85 page covers the Helio G81-Ultra variant, not the POCO C85 5G specification set reported by comparison sites.
- Match RAM and storage. The Motorola EMEA page lists 4GB RAM and 128GB storage for Moto G37, while comparison listings report varying configurations. Verify the exact SKU rather than assuming every listing uses the same configuration.
- Check network bands and warranty. Motorola documents 5G Sub-6 bands for Moto G37, but band and warranty availability can be market-specific. Confirm compatibility and warranty terms with the India seller for either phone.
- Compare the final checkout total. Check current stock, seller, delivery location, bank offers, and any configuration difference; the displayed comparison-site prices are snapshots, not a quote.
- Keep Moto G37 Power separate. Motorola’s India specifications page for Moto G37 Power lists a Dimensity 6400 and 7,000mAh typical battery (6,790mAh rated). Those figures describe the Power model, not Moto G37.
