The Pixel 10a is smaller and has Google’s clearly documented seven-year update commitment. Price depends on market: the U.S. Pixel launch price was $499, while Indian listings show different prices and should not be treated as a single, fixed price gap.

How the displays and size differ
The Signature’s listed 6.8-inch panel is substantially larger than the Pixel 10a’s 6.3-inch screen, and its stated refresh rate reaches 165Hz rather than 120Hz. That makes the Motorola the more compelling spec-sheet option for readers who prioritize screen area and high refresh rates. The Pixel is the smaller choice for anyone who prefers a less expansive handset.

Processor and memory: what the numbers do—and do not—show
The cited Signature configuration pairs a Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 with 12GB of RAM; the Pixel 10a uses Tensor G4 and 8GB. Those figures favor the Motorola on stated processor tier and memory capacity, but they do not prove how either phone performs in every app, game, or sustained workload.
91mobiles reports AnTuTu scores of 3,098,258 for the Signature and 1,400,792 for the Pixel 10a. Its captured comparison does not establish the test protocol or controlled conditions, so treat these as that page’s reported figures—not a guaranteed result for every retail unit or a definitive measure of everyday speed.

Camera hardware is not the same as camera quality
Google lists a 48MP main wide camera and a 13MP ultrawide on Pixel 10a. 91mobiles lists three 50MP rear cameras for the Signature: wide, ultrawide/macro, and periscope. The Motorola therefore has a more varied listed rear-camera arrangement, including a dedicated periscope camera, while the Pixel has two rear cameras.
Megapixel counts and camera layout alone cannot establish which phone produces better photos or video. No comparable head-to-head camera test is available in the cited material, so a definitive quality winner is not supported.

Battery and charging
Google specifies a typical 5,100mAh battery for Pixel 10a, Qi-certified wireless charging, and fast charging to about 50% in roughly 30 minutes when using a 45W USB-C PPS charger or higher. Google says that charger is sold separately. The cited comparison does not provide a corresponding Signature battery or charging specification, and there is no matching battery-life test here to compare endurance.
Software support: one commitment has official sourcing
Google promises seven years of operating-system, security, and Pixel Drops updates for Pixel 10a. 91mobiles also reports seven years of updates for Motorola Signature, but that duration is not confirmed here against an official Motorola source. Readers for whom update longevity is decisive should distinguish Google’s stated commitment from the secondary-source Motorola figure.

Prices depend on country, seller, and date
| Market and source | Pixel 10a | Motorola Signature |
|---|---|---|
| United States: Google’s announced launch price | $499, available starting March 5, 2026 | |
| India: Google Store listing | ₹55,999 | |
| India: 91mobiles Amazon listing snapshots | ₹51,641 | ₹62,899 |
The U.S. figure is Google’s historical Pixel 10a launch price, not a live October 2026 offer. Google announced it as “just $499” in its launch announcement. The India Google Store page lists ₹55,999 for Pixel 10a; 91mobiles’ comparison page shows Amazon India snapshots of ₹51,641 for Pixel 10a and ₹62,899 for Signature. These secondary seller prices can change and may reflect different storage variants or listing conditions; check the live seller, variant, and price before buying. The sources do not support combining the U.S. launch MSRP and Indian listings into one general price difference.

Which phone makes more sense for you?
- Choose based on screen and listed hardware: the Signature leads on display size, maximum refresh rate, stated processor tier, RAM, and the breadth of its rear-camera layout.
- Choose based on a smaller screen and documented support: the Pixel 10a is the more compact option and has Google’s explicit seven-year update promise.
- Compare local prices before deciding: the quoted prices refer to different countries and sources, and the Amazon India figures are volatile snapshots rather than guaranteed current offers.
These are specification-based trade-offs, not results from hands-on testing. The available material does not establish a reliable winner for real-world photography, battery life, or performance across workloads.
