Notebookcheck reported its launch in China on October 5, 2026, at a launch price of CNY 7,999; the report does not establish when or whether it will be sold in other regions. The monitor was introduced earlier by Evnia and BOE in May 2026.
What is the Philips Evnia 1000Hz monitor?
The model in the China launch report is the Philips Evnia 25M4P5200T. Its headline specification is a native Full HD IPS panel with a claimed maximum refresh rate of 1000Hz. That is 1000Hz at 1080p—not at 1440p. Notebookcheck describes the screen as 24.5 inches. Notebookcheck’s October 5, 2026 report covers the China launch, while Evnia’s May 29, 2026 announcement describes the panel and manufacturer specifications.

How does it differ from Evnia’s other 1000Hz monitor?
The 25M4P5200T should not be confused with Evnia’s 27M2N5500XD. In a separate January 29, 2026 announcement, the brand described that 27-inch model as a dual-mode display: HD at 1000Hz or QHD at 540Hz. Those are not the 25M4P5200T’s specifications. The key distinction is that the 25M4P5200T is presented as a native Full HD monitor with a 1000Hz mode, while the 27M2N5500XD offers a choice between lower resolution at a higher refresh rate and QHD at 540Hz. Evnia’s announcement for the 27M2N5500XD describes its dual-mode claims.
