The limited-access test is a data-wipe event, so beta progress and other test data will be deleted at shutdown. Players who want to preserve Nalo’s memories should complete the optional Cafe Untamed Feedback Survey before the test closes.
When does the Petit Planet Final Beta end?
The official ending notice sets the shutdown for October 19, 2026, at 10:00 (UTC+8). That is 02:00 UTC on October 19. The UTC+8 time applies to places such as China, Singapore, Malaysia, the Philippines and Western Australia; convert from 02:00 UTC if you are elsewhere.

After that deadline, the Final Beta servers and test access should be treated as closed. The notice was reproduced by the Petit Planet community from the linked official social announcement on October 14, 2026, while HoYoverse’s FAQ supplies the test rules and system requirements.
What happens to your beta progress?
HoYoverse describes the Final Beta as a “limited-access, data-wipe test with no in-game purchases.” The closing notice makes the consequence explicit: all data will be deleted when the test ends.

- Read Before You Buy — No Video Output: These adapters support charging and USB 2.0 data transfer, but cannot transmit video signals. Except for standard USB webcams (which use USB data only), they are not compatible with HDMI/DisplayPort cables, video-capable USB-C hubs, or docking stations with video output.
- Convert USB-A Ports to USB-C: Designed to connect USB-C earphones, cables, flash drives, card readers, and other USB-C accessories to standard USB-A ports. Plug-and-play with no drivers or software required.
- Aluminum Alloy Housing: Built with a sturdy aluminum alloy shell that aids in heat dissipation and protects against daily wear and scratches. Designed to maintain a stable and secure connection.
- Compact & Travel-Friendly: The ultra-compact design allows the adapter to stay plugged into your device without blocking adjacent ports or adding bulk, reducing wear and tear on your original USB ports.
- 12-Month Warranty: Backed by a 12-month manufacturer warranty for peace of mind. Designed to meet strict quality control standards for reliable everyday performance.
That means characters, inventory, currency, settings and other progression created during this test should not be expected to transfer to a later test or the commercial release. The available notices do not establish any permanent progression path beyond the specific Nalo-memory option described below.
How to retain Nalo’s memories
The only announced preservation step is completing the Cafe Untamed Feedback Survey. The linked notice says players may retain Nalo’s memories by submitting it; otherwise those memories are deleted with the rest of the beta data.

What to do before the deadline
- Launch Petit Planet while your selected-beta access is still active.
- Open the in-game or event prompt for the Cafe Untamed Feedback Survey.
- Complete and submit the survey before October 19 at 10:00 (UTC+8).
- Keep any submission confirmation until the test has closed.
The survey is optional for participating in the beta. It is the stated requirement only for players who want Nalo’s memories retained; no broader carryover of beta progress has been announced.

Yes, but only if you were selected for the Final Beta. Sign-ups closed on September 14, 2026, at 00:00 (UTC+8), and the test began on September 20, 2026. The event is not described as an open beta, so registering after the deadline does not create access.

The available announcements support only a Winter 2026 launch window. They do not provide a confirmed public-release day. The end of the Final Beta therefore should not be read as proof that the game launches immediately on October 19, nor that beta saves will become launch saves.

Until a newer first-party announcement says otherwise, plan for a separate start at launch and treat the Nalo-memory survey as the sole announced exception to the data wipe.
Quick Recap
What to check on October 19
- Convert 02:00 UTC to your local time and set a reminder.
- Finish any personal screenshots, recordings or notes before the servers close; these are files you keep locally, unlike server-side beta data.
- Submit the Cafe Untamed Feedback Survey if Nalo’s memories matter to you.
- Do not make purchases expecting them to carry over—the Final Beta has no in-game purchases.
- Watch for a later official launch announcement rather than assuming the Winter 2026 window has a fixed date.
