What does the Marie teaser show?
Siliconera reports that the short plays its humor through Marie’s unfamiliarity with ordinary concepts. Its account highlights a “flash sale” and the phrase “sallid drezzing” at Junes, the department store in the Persona 4 setting. The misspelling is part of the reported joke and should not be silently corrected.

Who is Marie in Persona 4 Golden?
Marie debuted in Persona 4 Golden as a Social Link and an additional resident of the Velvet Room, according to Siliconera’s report. In Golden, Yu can take her outside the Velvet Room as part of her Social Link. That context explains why a short centered on her would resonate with returning players while also introducing her to newcomers.

SEGA describes Persona 4 Revival as a remake of Persona 4 Golden, rather than a remake based only on the original Persona 4. The publisher lists enhanced graphics, UI, combat, and cutscenes, and presents the game for both new and returning players. Its official announcement is at SEGA’s June 8, 2026 release page.
What is confirmed about Persona 4 Revival?
SEGA’s announcement lists February 18, 2027 as the release date for Xbox Series X|S, Windows, Xbox Game Pass, PlayStation 5, and Steam. It lists the Nintendo Switch 2 version as “Coming in 2027.” Siliconera reports May 20, 2027 for that version, but that specific date is secondary-source reporting; SEGA’s cited product information does not give a Switch 2 day.

SEGA lists English subtitles and English voiceover in its product information. This establishes English language support, but the short itself should not be treated as proof of a broader voice-cast announcement.

The US PlayStation page describes the game’s premise, turn-based battles, story and life-simulation structure, and anime-style and 3D cutscenes. Its preorder page may include a time-limited offer, so check the live listing for the terms and deadline rather than relying on an older description: PlayStation’s US product page.

Which editions has SEGA listed?
SEGA’s product information lists physical Standard Edition and LIMITED BOX versions, as well as digital Deluxe and Premium editions. The physical LIMITED BOX is a PS5 package; listed contents are:

The announcement confirms that the edition exists, not its stock at a particular retailer, local price, or compatibility in every region. Check the edition, platform, region, and current retailer listing before ordering.

What the teaser does—and does not—confirm
The short’s reported scenes establish that Marie is the focus of this brief promotional clip. Her earlier place in Golden and Revival’s remake basis make the choice understandable, but the short is not confirmation of every Golden character or story detail in the remake. SEGA’s product announcement, rather than the teaser report, is the source for the remake description, platforms, schedule, and edition information.
