ATLUS released the Persona 4 Revival “Shadow” trailer on October 3, 2026. Its description sets the scene in Inaba, where a string of unusual murders and the Midnight Channel lead the protagonist and classmates into confrontations with Shadows. The game is scheduled to launch February 18, 2027 on its main platforms, with Nintendo Switch 2 following on May 20.

SEGA says physical copies will be available only for PlayStation 5 and Nintendo Switch 2. The Switch 2 version is scheduled about three months after the February launch; the listed release dates are scheduled dates, not confirmation that the game has already launched.

SEGA’s feature list describes enhanced graphics and updated combat options. Players can guard to stun a Shadow after blocking its attack, send a status-afflicted Shadow flying into another Shadow, use Baton Pass, and activate Prime Time for consecutive actions and skills without cost while ignoring enemy resistances.

The official site also lists new seasonal events, local tours with Aika Nakamura, voiced cutscenes, and remastered music. SEGA names Ryota Kozuka of the ATLUS Sound Team as composer and Shiori Sasaki as lead vocalist. The main story has been re-recorded, with voice acting added for Social Links and new events.
