Hendry. A secondary filing-data record says Hendry sold 2,444 shares on October 1 for $7.86 each under a pre-existing Rule 10b5-1 trading plan, leaving 4,886 shares. The item’s embedded filing was unavailable, so those transaction details should be treated as reported data rather than as figures independently confirmed against the SEC document.
What the October 3 item reported
Investing.com published the item “Form 4 PennyMac Mortgage Investment Trust For: 3 October” on October 3, 2026, identifying the security as PMT. Its embedded filing did not load. A separate FilingExplorer record attributes the transaction details below to the associated Form 4; the SEC filing itself was not directly inspected.

These figures are from FilingExplorer’s account of the filing, a secondary data source, not a direct review of the SEC form. Investing.com’s item supplies the publication date and PMT association but not the loaded filing details.
Why the three dates differ
“For: 3 October” is the date in the story title and the item’s publication date. The secondary record dates the Form 4 filing October 2, while it reports that the share sale took place October 1. These are separate events, not conflicting dates.

What the 10b5-1 detail means—and does not mean
The filing-data record characterizes the sale as automatic under a Rule 10b5-1 trading plan adopted before the transaction. That context is relevant: the notice describes a transaction reported under a pre-existing plan, not an explanation by Hendry of his outlook or motives. The sale alone does not establish a bullish or bearish view of PMT.

For primary-source confirmation, look up SEC accession number 0001464423-26-000085 in the SEC’s filing system and compare the Form 4’s transaction date, number of shares, price, post-transaction ownership, and plan notation with the secondary record. The details above should not be read as directly verified SEC fields.
Rank #2
PennyMac’s investor-relations insider-filings index lists Forms 3, 4, and 5 and includes earlier Hendry Form 4 entries dated September 2 and August 4, 2026. That establishes a sequence of indexed filings, but by itself does not reveal a motive or personal investment strategy.
