Le jeudi 1er octobre 2026, les serveurs de distribution des titres Navigo ont subi une panne générale pendant deux heures, de 8 h 30 à 10 h 30, selon Île-de-France Mobilités, cité par Le Parisien avec l’AFP. L’incident a empêché des usagers de recharger ou d’acheter leur titre. Les sources disponibles décrivent une panne de billettique, pas un arrêt de la circulation des métros, bus, RER ou trains.
Ce qui s’est passé le 1er octobre
La panne a concerné les serveurs utilisés pour distribuer les passes et titres Navigo. Le Parisien, dans un article avec l’AFP, rapporte qu’Île-de-France Mobilités a situé l’incident entre 8 h 30 et 10 h 30 et l’a attribué à une surcharge de connexions. Cette explication est rapportée par le média ; aucun détail technique indépendant sur l’origine de la surcharge n’est établi.
La date a pu amplifier la gêne : le premier jour de chaque mois, de nombreux voyageurs achètent leur forfait mensuel sur les automates ou depuis une application mobile. Le Monde a également signalé l’incident le 1er octobre, mais son article n’est pas accessible dans son intégralité à partir des éléments disponibles. Le Monde ; Le Parisien avec AFP.
Une panne de rechargement, pas une interruption du réseau
Le terme « panne générale » désigne ici les serveurs de distribution des titres de transport. Les comptes rendus cités ne signalent pas que les métros, bus, RER ou trains aient cessé de circuler. Il faut donc distinguer l’impossibilité temporaire d’acheter ou de charger un titre de transport d’une perturbation de l’exploitation des lignes.

Que faire si un titre payé n’apparaît pas sur son passe ?
Pour un chargement réalisé par téléphone, Île-de-France Mobilités recommande de suivre le parcours de résolution de l’application si le titre n’apparaît pas sur le passe. Son aide précise que, si le titre n’a pas été chargé, le paiement associé est automatiquement annulé et qu’un courriel confirme cette annulation. Cette consigne concerne ce cas précis de chargement téléphonique échoué ; elle ne garantit pas un remboursement général de tous les achats ou frais liés à l’incident. Île-de-France Mobilités documente habituellement plusieurs moyens de vente et de rechargement, notamment l’application sur téléphone, les automates des stations RATP et des gares Transilien SNCF, les agences commerciales, les points de vente RATP et les guichets services Navigo SNCF.
