The new financing follows a €2.9 million seed round announced by Pandektes in 2025, led by People Ventures and Interface Capital. That earlier round is described in the company’s seed announcement; it provides funding history, not independent confirmation of the Series A.
How will Pandektes use the funding?
Tech Funding News says the company plans to expand in Europe and North America, grow its team and make more of its infrastructure available to outside developers through an API. The report does not give a country-by-country rollout schedule or an API launch date.

The round gives Pandektes capital to pursue geographic growth and developer access alongside its legal research product.
