Blizzard says Sombra and Roadhog are both due for major reworks in Overwatch Season 5. The announcement also says Sombra will move from Damage to Support, but it does not describe either hero’s revised abilities or give an individual launch date. It does not establish that either change is the “most radical” rework in years.

Is either rework the most radical in years?
That superlative is not supported by the announcement. Blizzard calls both changes major reworks, but does not rank them against past hero updates or characterize either as the most radical. With no ability details, a meaningful comparison of their scale or gameplay impact is not yet possible.
